Hey guys!
Today I woke up lighter than yesterday after all the food! I new I was soaking it up as the day went on!
So we have ran with the same food again!
We’ve had a lovely chilled day, it’s been nice and relaxing.
Currently just at the pro meeting with Jamie then we’ll head back and I’ll get Nathan all tanned up as he’s the first one of us all the compete tomorrow!
I’m looking forward to just watching and chilling there tomorrow! Then I’ll be able to chill out as I’m on Sunday morning 🙂

I fully agree with the guys above! I have a certain few songs that I put on for nearly every top set. As soon as I press play it switches me straight in the zone, and I always like to crack straight on with it so I start my set when the beat kicks in. This doesn’t give you time to overthink etc.

Hope everyone is well! 3 days out for me 😄
There was room to fill this morning so food has been increased today! I went hypo after meal 3 😂 it’s always the case when your carbs are higher, and I’ve been absolutely starving!
Today me nath and Jamie went a trained, glutes and side delts for me, followed by some posing!
This afternoon I chilled and had a coffee whilst they got pampered. ☕️
This evening I have had a Skype client, she is 2.5 weeks out from her first show so we have been going over final tweaks ensuring she is super prepared for show day!
Todays food
– meal 1 – 2 whole eggs
125g COR 50g banana– Meal 2 – 75g prawns 125g rice 75g banana 3 creatine
– Meal 3 – 125g cor 20 raisins 20g iso 20g dark choc 3 creatine

I agree with both Clare and kuba here.
If you are wanting to keep in the off plan to spend some time with the wife, have you tried giving yourself a set amount of calories for the meal & drinks so you can keep this consistent?? What about having a Coke Zero with the meal that alone will bring the calories down.
More than likely the off plan and drinks is taking you over your calorie intake and causing you to be in a surplus across the week.
If you are really wanting to reduce body fat and loose weight you have to be consistent with your food, training, output, supplementation or it is pretty much guess work.
I wouldn’t of thought that the potatoes would make you weigh heavier unless you aren’t weighing them and actually over eating compared to when you have the rice.
If the potatoes don’t digest well for you, you could switch to a different carb source, jasmine rice, pasta, gnocchi to name a few.
Changing your physique takes time, keep being consistent and working hard and the changes will happen 🙂

HIIT in a deficit would only take away from your recovery and training, which is not what you want.

It has been rest day for me today! Tried to do as little as possible, so I just went and sat and a coffee shop and did some work whilst nath, Jamie and Alix trained.
I am really looking forward to being in the gym tomorrow!
The look was good this morning, so it’s just a case of trying to hold this now 🙏🏼

Hey guys!
Touch down in Italy! We are all settled in, big food shop done, cases all unpacked and ready for our day tomorrow!
Tomorrow we are picking Alix and Jamie up from the airport and off to a gym to train. It’s a rest day for me, but I have some posing Skype clients so I will either do them at the gym or do them at the apartment and go for a wonder 🙂
The running order has now been released and Nathan will be competing in the Saturday and myself on the Sunday. Which is quite nice because it means we can focus on Nathan on Saturday and then myself on the Sunday as with both of us competing on the same day sometimes I can end up doing too much from sorting nath etc.

Like Jordan and Clare state, exposing yourself and walking first thing in natural light definitely helps with energy in a morning and can really set you up for the day.
I also like to leave my blinds open so that when I wake with the sunrise (apart from currently during prep as I am awake before the sun rises).

Woke up this morning 1.8lbs up (151lbs) looking much fuller and so much better that yesterday!
If I drop below 150lbs we know that where I flatten off from the date we have collected over the past week or soo. Today was rest day for me today! But I did do a little posing in the gym.
I’ve done as little as possible today to ensure I’m well rested, it’s easier to do less when I’m not at home with other distractions. I can just focus on getting the job done 🙂

Hey guys!
Today is our last day in Austria, rest day for me. Morning spent catching up on work and then I had a lovely stroll and coffee in the town whilst Nathan trained.
We have now come for a nice stroll and a drink (water lol) in a different town so it feels like we have seen a little of Austria together.
We will be getting all sorted and packed this evening ready for flying tomorrow. We have planned this trip quite well to limit stress and we fly straight from Austria to Italy!
Really looking forward to stepping on stage again in Italy, fingers crossed my look will be rewarded!

Show day done and dusted for me!
5th place today! I was soo happy with the look we took to stage, definitely my favourite look! I wasn’t what the judges was looking for today, unfortunately! But i went into the show with no expectations and now we prepare for the next one!
