I haven’t personally used it, but Nathan and some of the others on the site have had extremely good response from it.
You don’t want to push the dosage so it stops you from being able to eat. I would recommend micro dosing either 3 x a week, or daily. So start low and use it to help with food noise.

Rest day today, I like keeping Sunday as a rest day 😊
This morning posing clients both in person and Skype, some good routines choreographed 😃
This afternoon we went to my mums for Sunday lunch, it was like Christmas Day! There was lots of us, and lots of kids, slightly choas, but wouldn’t change it 😂
We then went to see Nathan’s parents dog, then home to get settled 🙂

Hey! For some it can take 6-12 weeks to feel recovered from competition prep.
Did you take some time off after the show? Or did you return straight back to training at 100% post show?
If you are waking 6-7 times a night and not due to hunger it may be that your CNS is a little fried.
Pop in an extra rest day, with zero cardio just minima steps. Let the body catch up, then see how you feel.
It may be that you need to adjust your split slightly for an extra rest day across the week until your body is more recovered post show.

Check ins done nice and early before posing clients then it was my friends baby’s christening, it was soo cute!!
This afternoon I went to train legs! A nice session! Not sure if I’ve tweaked my quad the other day or IT band, but felt of twinge a little today.

This afternoon I had a nail appointment, then it was upper 😁
This evening it’s just been me and the dogs as Nathan is dog sitting at his parents house, so just food shopping, meal prepping and getting organised 🙂

Hey! Preferable cardio away from your training window, but I do know some athletes that would do it post workout if that’s the only time they can do it.
Cardio daily is fine, just stick to low impact

Went to fetch car from the garage then it was hams and glutes time!

Busy Monday of client work! Not sure if I’ve picked the lurgy up from my friend who was ill last week but wasn’t feeling too good so took an extra rest day. Will see how I feel in the morning. Usually I would push through, but learning to listen to my body 🙈😅

Hey! You can get sleep studies done to see if you have sleep apnea or not. But some come back inconclusive due to it being quite hard to sleep like this.
