Today we trained at RT fitness, and was glutes and arms for me today! I’m feeling a little under the weather so just devolume for me today!

This evening we have met some friends and had a lovely time at Nando’s and then to watch gladiator 2! Great evening!

Today upper body for me!

Usual client work, cardio, dog walk etc training, strength has picked back up nicely. Just about maintaining upper now really, but I’d like a little more delt and arm to be honest!

This afternoon food shopping, cleaning the house and then my brother came round as he’s not seen the house yet 😄

Hey guys!

Glutes for me today! I had to make sure had a really good warm up and a couple more feeder sets due to left glute giving me a little grief. It’s something that flares up quite frequently but I just have to manage with it. I’ve had it ever since I tore my piriformus years ago when I dance. Then I’ve had it ever since.

This evening I have been to see my friends and her baby, it was so nice, we went for a walk and then just chatted and caught up.

Rest day for me today! Usual client work cardio and dog walk this morning.

Then I have met my friend for a coffee, been to a furniture shop and bought some bits for the house. More clothes sorting and putting another rail up, these will do until they fit the new wardrobes.

This evening me Nathan have been to the cinema to watch redone, it’s was an easy watching Christmas film 🧑🏻‍🎄

Usual client work this morning, it’s great to be back at home, but still so much to do on the house 🏠

Glutes for me today! A really good session and great connection, my left hammy has started giving me some grief so will be sure to get that sorted!

This evening I have put a clothes rail up and sorting some clothes as we are having some more fitted wardrobes but need something for the meantime! X

@phoebegoodwin thanks Phoebe, yeah it would be great if my partner could compete in first timers, and myself as a novice at the same show.

@Kamaragraham-virginmedia.com ok yeah I will start prepping assuming the show will be mid may, and go from there.

We’ve had an amazing day site seeing around Milan, it’s been so beautiful! We’ve done lots of steps, coffee stop, an amazing Italian and more coffee!

Back to reality tomorrow after we travel home! 🏠 ready to be in my home and back settled again!

The show Callander for 2025 should be out soon! So I would wait until that is out to plan your dates 😁

I’ve enjoyed doing a few different federations to gain experience and have some fun in my earlier competing days. But now luckily nearly all of the shows have an option for first timers or novice so your partner could enter that class too 🙂
