    I train a similar time and I have had good success with walking up earlier and having oats/banana with whey or having my pre meal before bed and just having eaa’s with cyclic dextrin during my workout has also been fine.

    Thanks for all the reply’s.
    Strength is currently at an all time high
    I am currently trying to find a gym that opens before 6am so I can get 4 longer sessions in but not having much luck.

    I’m 6ft 4 and ever since I swapped back squatting to front squatting with heels elevated. I’ve made much better progress

    I train early morning. Always do a hamstring movement like seated curls or lying leg curl get real warm first and then a few warm up sets on squats like usual and I’m good to go.

    I train first thing in the morning. I eat 50g of oats & 1 banana an hour pre. Then 50g of cyclic dextrin Intra workout. Works well for me

    I’ve always found that I need 2 days off a week minimum sometimes 3. everyone’s different though

    I’ve always found 4-5 days fine for a deload. I’ve always found 7 days to be too long.
