That’s highly indvidual between people, Also depends on how many day you deloaded and how empty your glycogen reserves are.
Normally you try to empty your glycogen deposit, so with a good one day full of good carbs perhaps will be enough.
Not really also depends how much muscle you carry , I would always need 2-3 days with massive amounts of carbs when we deloaded for a week prior.
Ok. And deload means NO CARBS CERO ?. or some .
I think your still missing the point bud.
There is no 1 answer.
Some like 0
Some need 0
Some need 50-100
Some don’t deplete
Some load 1 day
Some 3
Some dont
Science says we can fully load in 12-24 hours I believe

this is very individual and you can´t generalize that!

Ok. But you will be agree with me that sometimes 2 or 3 days are much because the glycogen capacity is not so big.

There’s no set rules it’s very individual and over time you will find what works for you

There’s no set rules. It’s very much individual. Bigger bodies may need filling up more for example. It also depends how depleted you are, if you’re truly in stage condition, what your diet has been like throughout your prep and how you’ve approached refeeds. It’s usually wise to have a practice run a few weeks out to see what works best for you and how many carbs you can take to get the best look.
Some don’t even need to deplete and load and look better just coasting in with what they’ve been doing in the last few weeks.

There is no real
Science.
Just lots of anecdotes evidence.
Some say depleting n loading works.
Some say it doesn’t.
Depends on your body , approach n train of thought

Depletion of glycogen from muscles then reintroducing them is thought to cause a better uptake. Most people run fairly low into the last few weeks to get the last of the fat off so a depletion isn’t necessary. Adding carbs prior to a show is vital to ensure fullness, how much and for how long depends on the individual.

This is a very difficult question to answer without knowing your full diet history throughout the prep and very much depends on where you’re at in terms of how much fat you need to get off in those last 3 weeks. Sometimes it may be necessary to go zero carbs for a period of time, aside for incidental traces from other foods. What you choose for these meals, again depends on what you’ve been eating throughout and what you know your body reacts well to and digests well.
I assume you’ve been following a strict diet plan throughout, so this should be your template and any alterations needed to be made, would just be a case of tweaking this. Are you working with a coach or doing this by yourself?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I’m doing for myself. But I’m so ready now, veins in my abs, good form to be until 3 weeks. Now I’m taking 100 gr of carbs 40 before train, 20 after waxymize, 40 next meal, the meals 4 to 6 no carbs. But my doubt is if I need reduce more with 3 weeks now. And if is better take the carbs meals spread more.

As the others said try to increase food (carbs)first if this isn’t enough cut or reduce the cardio
So first more carbs and second less cardio?. More food better, ok. Thanks so much
If you do a hell lot of cardio like 40minutes 7 times a week you can also drop some cardio but more food combined with adequate exercise is definitely the way to go ?
Perfect. Thanks -

Perhaps it’s a good idea. If I do both will be too much. First reduce cardio, for one or two weeks and depending on how I respond then put a little more carbs. Thanks for your advice
-
I would increase carbs a little bit and reduce cardio from 30 to 20 min

Instagram @lara_lein89Thanks. I think l if I do both at the same time will be so much. Perhaps first one thing and if i still loose weight then incorporate the other.
