Relentless - Clare's 2021 Season
The food is quite low now as I’m close to show and we need to do what’s necessary to drop the last bit of bodyfat. Having the higher carbs on rest days, along with lower output means my body will be a little more fuelled going into a training day. Relentless - Clare's 2021 Season
Legs today. Toughest one yet in terms of energy, but gave it everything I had in me. I didn’t break any pbs, but strength is still hanging on.

If you only have enough allocated carbs to use in one meal, I’d simply use them where you personally feel they’d benefit you most. Whether that’s pre training for a boost in energy, post training to support recovery, pre bed to improve sleep or elsewhere to help with satiety. There’s not really a right or wrong answer. I think personally I’d prefer post.
