Great result but I thought you could have finished as high as 4th. Allowing for whatever happened to Dexter’s arm, the top 3 looked insane with Roelly looking like a different bodybuilder from 2 weeks ago. After that it was very close but I had you the best of the rest and realistically at least 2 of the top 3 are not going to turn up looking better in future years whereas you will improve even further.
On the Size Game that Jordan was on a few weeks ago top 6 was being discussed as an ambitious goal!

how much of sasan’s size gains would you attribute to the work you did in early off season to get him strong as fuck? i remember you saying there was 10 lbs of muscle there to be had.
the calibre of training partners you have had recently is insane! Must create a great atmosphere perfect for growth!

I know you were probably part joking about turning up in the Phillipines (or wherever) in December to finesse a pro card but now has to be as good a time as ever for someone to take a card and do what they want with it. Particularly someone who doesn’t cope well with the travelling, more freedom to pick and choose.
I love how you talk about a freak turning up when you’ll be the biggest guy on stage as usual.It would be amazing to see all the current top Brits who you have an affiliation with on a pro stage one day. Incredible how many top British bodybuilders there are who are all Olympia stage worthy still all relatively young.

Sorry for the duplicate question last week, I have read probably everything you have posted on the internet for the last 5 years but missed you answering that one question before I asked it lol. Being told off on your journal is a kind of rite of passage.
To be honest I completely expected a different answer and that you had used a meal prep company, or done your own and hated it. Given how you are ahead of schedule in terms of fat loss are you obsessing with neat or are you finding time to do nothing? Xbox, Netflix etc. Most preps seem to be one extreme or the other (constantly moving or doing the bare minimum to burn further calories on top of training and cardio).
Here’s another duplicate – get some update images up and light up those social media platforms again.

You’ve said before on that Corrine does everything for you, not just cooking and meal prep but reminding you to eat.
How did you get on when she was away for two weeks? I know you said the alternative as in going out there and doing the travel would have fucked you up and set you back really badly too so just wondering how you managed to stay consistent as it must have been the first time doing it alone for that long for a while. -
Jord you mentioned the kuwait show that you have picked a few pages ago but no follow up on that since. What was the thinking behind this, purely a timing thing with school or anything else? Universe on hold until next year?

Workout food is a very nice product and if I had unlimited funds I’d use it more often but it’s very easy to mix your own powders, pepto pro and cyclic dextrin etc . Respect Jordan’s honesty big time, can’t wait for the video. A little discount is par for the course with supp companies but were never forthcoming, it was good to go back to the days of getting powders in tubs not bags but not sure that alone is worth any premium…
Redcon stuff looks interesting, just watched a vid with Dallas in pre the big show he won, that guy is a ridiculous size.

Think a good and realistic way of looking at it is natural bodybuilding is a waste of time [as in standing on stage – you’ll either look rubbish lean or you’ll look fat], but natural training is very much worthwhile, as JP says, as long as it’s enjoyable. Trained will always look better than untrained and assisted will always look better than unassisted, but I think the only thing that will really cut short potential progress for anyone is age or injury.
Very, very much looking forward to the new plan. Great news about the price, for the tailored aspect that’s a bargain.

Corinne don’t say that I have just bought two boxes! I did notice that the carbs per g was lower. JP’s plan said “coco pops or similar” so I took that as “anything you want out of a box”

Kellogs Krave, get the “lotto” one where you get all the flavours. Sometimes mixed with coco pops but I’m only allowed 65g total!!

so this is more inline with what my Saturday sessions will be, I will only do heavy delt and chest work twice a week, no light work for a 3rd sessiom. so no muscle rounds for chest or shoulder presses.
I can only really makes MRs work for chest and delt pressing using a Smith, unless going too light or risking getting injured, with the weights you use probably a smart move.
Can you tell us what the set type is that SS mentioned on PED to potentially replace Muscle Rounds in FT??

Midsection looking tight from what I can see. This I believe wins top Nabba shows [but what do I know, I don’t even have abs].
Aside from this, thickness is incredible, it’s not even that the change from last year is huge, because that was fkn impressive too, but it’s noticeable and just a case of taking it to stage.
