    @drdeanstmart
    Hello Dean
    Had a flare up of gyno for the first time whilst using npp (first time) alongside test e
    Would you recommend just dropping out the npp, and any other suggestions in terms of ai or tamoxifen
    Appreciate any advice

    Interesting
    I’ve been using them this rotation as any pronated grip pulls seemed to aggravate a shoulder issue
    Using the deficit like the said Corinne to allow for some extra range
    For sure feels less stress on lower back but similar stimulus on hams/glutes

    You could try half an Aromasin and 20mg nolvadex a day.

    Appreciate the response guys

    Youd continue use of npp but try the ai and tamoxifen to see if clears up as first option

    Glad the size game is back James!
    If you have rest days scheduled during your off season although on that day you are well fed and recovered, would you train or stick with a previous plan?
    Do you rely on instinct and knowing how your body feels or stay regimented is what I’m trying to ask?
    Interested on your thoughts
