@jordan-peters what is the biggest push up in weight you have done and how much did you have to pull off? Do you think a big push up in offseason weight at least once is worth it to achieve maximal potential?
I’m want to go from men’s physique to classic with an aim of 20lb extra stage muscle in the next 2 years before a prep

Just want to say @jordan-peters as a member on here for 3 years and in relation to your recent video I know I highly value you still producing content. It’s something I genuinely look forward to everyday during this time and the videos keep me motivated and entertained
After a year of reps in reserve training (which did yield results) although sucked the fun from training, I’m back following the balls to the wall training approach which has been a revelation mentally. Your passion shows and rubs off in spades!
Long winded but wanted to say ????????
    Question now? ????
I’ve started pushing post workout carbs like you have talked about.
Is there a point where returns or limited to negative and is this best accessed through blood glucose monitoring?

Hey mate been great following you. Your mindset regarding shows being cancelled is something I’ve been having to deal with. After a 20 week prep mine was cancelled 4 weeks out and it’s been a struggle.
How would you recommend reversing out of that, go for a few weeks and look to utilise a ‘rebound

Hey bud. Thanks man. Really appreciate it. It’s been tough mate I won’t lie but when we’re in the situations like this then we’re so powerless doesn’t make sense being upset for long. Which show was it bro?
Are you assisted ? I would always say take advantage of the rebound providing health isn’t too bad

Seen you just had a shoot with bailey I’m actually booked in in 2 weeks with him so aiming to use that as my ‘show’
Both pca men’s physique shows but I’ve learned a lot as disappointing as it is.
Yes I’m assisted been using 250 test 250 eq which recently dropped out and tren ace was in at 50 eod for last weeks.
Would you try and utilise rebound for 4-6 weeks with just test e and food before hrt phase?
Thanks for all your experiences and input been a great journey

Looking great bud. I agree with Ryan here. Drop the test, increasing food gradually will be more than enough to yield a very good rebound from here.

    hey m8,
looking good, i would just drop to 250mg test and the results will come from the extra food. Get your bloods done after 6 to 8 weeks at 250.

Maybe you can use that for now (by increasing it) and leave clen in the toolbox for a bit later .

    Proportions looking fantastic
Very different shape than anybody else in the British
How do you see yourself comparing and placing. Do you go in with the mindset of winning?
Nearly looks classic with about 100lbs on too haha ????

    Looking really dry now!
Should maybe put this on forum but interested in your opinion
If weight stalls for a few weeks nearer the end of prep, calories low already would you then use to add something like clen in rather than adding extra expenditure

    @giantjohal
How long did you have anavar in for, would you use it intermittently throughout a prep as strength starts to take a hit?
Would you then re introduce closer to a show?
    Thanks
