    Amazing day at my best mates wedding. Still went for a walk this AM for half an hour then and trained push then an amazing day at the wedding.

    Think I nailed my best man’s speech!!

    Back to the villa party tomorrow so we shall see how I feel in the morning weather I train or take a rest day!!

    How long have you been on cycle? Has this increased recently?

    Yes guys loooooong ass day at a client show today was up for cardio and then off to the show he took a class win and on to the overall no sword but a great result non the less and sets us up for the british finals in 3 weeks
    Just got home so its last meal and bed ready for legs tomorrow!! New weeks same goals BE BETTER!

    Great day today in Cyprus!!

    Weather is banging for up did a 40 min fasted walk at 6:30. Had pre workout breakfast.

    3 Eggs
    8 whites
    Salad

    TBJP COR 125g
    150g fruit

    Trained pull and legs

    Went back for breakfast round 2

    6 egg whites
    100g turkey slices
    2 slices of bread and jam
    80g cereal
    200g fruit bowl

    Did some walking, sunbathing and then had grilled chicken, rice, salad, calamari and hummus for lunch

    Off to the wedding walk through then sushi and steak for tea! And an early night for the wedding tomorrow

    Evening guys! Just got settled down in the hotel in Cyprus for my mates wedding. Long day travelling but we were up for cardio and clients check ins at 5am as usual then set off to the airport, food went in as normal then we went out for a meal with the wedding party this evening.

    Salmon and avocado starter and grilled chicken kebab with outta rice and salad for main.

    The hotel gym is sound so we’re getting for a walk at 6:30 am then eat pre workout and go to the gym for 8am when it opens for pull and legs, I will post my session in instagram of how structure a workout on holiday!

    Looking forward to a few days chilling in the sun. Brought all my supps with me and my COR and iso pro of course!

    Great session today…..

    Making progress very steadily….no load progressions today as I wanted to keep the weight standardised but some very good rep progressions across the board.

    Condition is holding extremely well at 301.8lbs this AM.

    Had a busy evening unloading the van as the house move is on hold and getting prepped and packed for Cyprus for my mates wedding tomorrow. All supps packed and clothes packed so we are more or less ready. Just need to get pheebs to shave my back and we are good to go!!!

  • As mentioned above, your libido will never be at its best on cycel, the other way to find out a little more would be to get your bloods (hormone panel) checked and adjust from there. or drop down to TRT+ and go from there

    Sas has nailed this. Sleep is one of the main drivers in performance drops along with external stress.

    It may be time for a devolume, an increase in food, decrease in volume across the session. Or changing some movement patterns or rep ranges

    Evening guys Great session today 301.8lbs this AM so weight is gradually moving up without any changes. feeling fresher, stronger and fuller….

    Great leg session today some of my best work in months

    abs x 3
    SA preacher x 2
    SA tricep extension x 2
    Seated ham curl x 1
    SL extension x 2
    Hip press x 1
    adductor x 2
    Glute drive x 1
    Rear delts x 2

    Some stress going off with the house move but Im fully locked into the process and the gym. So that doesn’t get affected.

    Overall a great start to the week so far. Push on the cards tomorrow then we fly to Cyrpus Wednesday for my best mates wedding which will be a nice few days away.

    Will still do cardio and train twice as theres a nice gym there. So more than likely to upper sessions or pull/push depending on the kit.

    I didnt use a leg extension all prep just single leg press and leg press due to an inury. Just use what you can a crack on. Adjust the volume accordingly and dont worry.

    I think Jordan has nailed it aim for 250g see if this feels good from a digestion standpoint. all from direct sources and dont worry about the additional indirect sources….

    aim for around 3g per kg of bodyweight – other cals made up from carbs (preference) and low to moderate fat intake
