284lbs this AM drop off of 1.8lbs today…I was 282lbs after cardio.
Drops are coming daily. We had a Jennie
Adjustment in food (lower today) 55g carbs removed from rest day. My rice meal.We will run a trial load from Monday. The aim is to back load:-
Monday hard
Tuesday assess less more than likely Wednesday moderate
Thursday/Friday baseline dietWash off dry out…..no GI stress tight midsection. Full, dry and hard! That’s the plan. I’m excited
Cardio and steps stay in until Monday/Tuesday when we start the load.
Changes to stack from Monday.
Test P 750mg/wk
Primo 1000mg/wk
Mast P 400mg/wk
Tren A 250mg/wkWinstrol 20mg daily

Body is on fire. Had a good discussion with cal earlier regards the approach to the 1st show. And how we are going to load….
We will probably start reducing output over the next few days into the weekend….and maybe trial a peak this next week.
This morning was a tough one. But we still get shit done. I’ve done well to get to 2.5 weeks out and just start flagging a touch. This shows we have managed this very very well and I’m happy. I know I will just keep getting better and improve season on season now! And show after show this year.

Looking better each week mate! Will you be doing Arnold’s?
Hopefully I’ll be done and dusted by Arnold’s and I can watch, enjoy and eat! The aim is pro card in Austria. If not Italy, potentially Poland week before Arnold’s if Cal thinks. If not the Arnold’s and then I will go to France as a final outing if needed.
There’s also options for pro debuts here….which would be just an amazing experience before I shut it all down to out some muscle on!
So fingers crossed we can grab some food together at Arnold’s lol

I agree with all of the above…..these are the things that are very very irrelevant and towards progression.
Don’t stress or concern yourself with this. Just make sure you are consistent and adequately hydrated each day.

287.2lbs this AM drop off of 5lbs today…sushi cleared very quickly, which has resulted in my best look to date.
But I felt the drop, push was tough today. First proper dip in performance, still got it done but everything was hard today. As expected just over 2 weeks out.
It’s about being smart now and not doing anything daft. But still taking it there!

Can I ask are you having 1 rotation or 2?
If you are having 1 I would pick just 1 hinge movement and place in back and allow 2 days recovery
If you are having 2 you could alternate by doing RDL’s on ham focused legs 1 week and a TBAR row in back day.
Rotation 2 no hinge on leg day more quad focus and a deadlift on back day remove TBAR

Post reefed 293.8lbs Only up 4lbs after 75 rolls + 2 bagels and 30g jam
Then I was back to 289lbs after cardio and steps….
So I think the spike was needed. I’m guessing a drop over the next few days
It’s Groundhog Day now. Just keep doing the do.

Hamstring focused leg day today 287.6lbs
Weight seems to be holding but condition improving. This will be due to the addition of the extra 100mg test and 100mg tren added and as we are so close to condition there’s not much to come off now. Until we pull some cosmetic drugs which will shift some water.
Cal ordered sushi again tonight as I was touch flat today. And fatigue has crept in over the last few days.
This will see us back into the mid 290’s we imagine and drop it off over the week again. We will be 2 weeks out next Saturday. And I’m excited to get it in now!
legs got absolutely smashed so ready for the rest day tomorrow!

More stepsThe last few steps were tough today….legs were very heavy. It’s got to that stage now where I’m not that fussed about making conversation with people or small talk. I just want to do my daily jobs!
That means it’s getting close. Condition is improving daily. We still have some cosmetic adjustments to the stack to make. We will pull GH and yohimbine more than likely over the next 7-10 days which should bring about a drop off in some water and bring some Caucasian dryness (hopefully)
