    Hey Bud, so firstly dont over complicate this or over think it. Even in most commercial gyms or gyms that dont have much variation on equipment a DB or BB variation alternative would be perfect. You can even use the same or similar exercises with different rep ranges on the alternative session

    If you post your sessions up in full im surer one of us would be happy to help with alternatives buddy.

    Posterior went down at s20 today. Week 3 volume. Session went very well strength increasing nicely. Connection was awesome.

    I’m looking to switch SLDL from blocks back to an RDL as now being 315+ lbs again movement from this position just gets difficult again!

    Hey bud, what’s the reason for running t3/t4 still post show? Do you intend to pull out ?

    I’m not running T3 buddy, just T4 as when using growth hormone it down regulates T4 production so we implement it at replacement dose. We will see where thyroid is at when I run bloods in 4 weeks and implement changes from there

    As long as your consistent with your sauces and use low calorie dressings then i wouldn’t count these.

    same applies to your veggies and salad these are consistent across all meals throughout the year so i wouldn’t worry. If you are changing sauces and add more then just account for these if you think its needed.

    Evening guys

    I was a little under the weather yesterday. I took a rest day as my chest was tight and i had a few cold symptoms. Slept and ate. Felt loads better today so hit my arms & delts session.

    feel so much fresher now. caught up on work and made sure kraig who staying with me this week is on point for the British this coming weekend.

    Back in for posterior tomorrow and looking forward to getting stuck in to some pulls again.

    Buzzing to see James qualifying for the O again! let’s hope Jamie the Giant can do some damage in Reno and make the UK proud!

    These levels do not represent your cycle I agree with hilly. Your NPP was more than likely genuine. And showing up a false reading

    now your test and primo could be questionable!? I would be looking at another supplier

    316.7lbs this AM so a drop and a noticeable change in tightness. Felt loads fresher today and it was perfect timing for legs.

    Session went as follows:-

    This off season should see some really nice

    It’s hard to give an accurate and exact body fat % without a dexa scan or accurate caliper reading. Your as lean as your fattest body part. So if your still fat in certain areas…Your still fat lol when it comes to true stage condition. I would estimate around 8-10% here theres more to come off. What is your goal?

    Also this is just your front shot it would be good to see a full round of shots to assess fully bud.

    Evening guys

    nice rest day today. Was defo needed felt a little smashed from increased volume Appetite is through the roof today.

    Weight is still 319bs even though i feel and look tighter.

    Client Kraig is over tonight for a few days to keep him on point leading in to the PCA British finals. He will get pushed hard now for a few days. Legs tomorrow Will run him through posing tomorrow and implement any changes needed in person from here on! We have back to back peaks for 2 British title shots then we go into our recovery phase!

    We have clients competing in multiple feds over the coming weeks so a busy few weekends coming up.

    new starters set ups and check ins have been boxed off and Im very much looking forward to leg day tomorrow

    Weight has held the same at 319.2lbs

    cardio 20 mins and 12k steps boxed off. feel tighter already so expecting a slight drop this week. Performance is increasing weekly. First day on increased volume also with this weeks training.

    If this works for you bud and you don’t get any negative sides or mental/emotional affects and your managing your health markers and checking blood-work I see no issues.

    I personally favour daily injections for stable levels and I’ve felt loads better mentally since doing it this way.

    But this should be fine

    Back in the engine room today for posterior

    SA stiff arm pulldown x 3
    Neutral grip TBAR x 2
    TBAR from floor x 2
    Seated ham curl x 2
    SA nautilus pulldown x 2
    SA nautilus row x 2
    Rear delt row x 3

    Increased volume this week. Strength is rising nicely. Connection with everything is very good.

    We opt for a TBAR as my hinge alternative this week and go back to pulls from blocks next week to manage fatigue and also allow recovery as volume increases. But still we are managing load in a bent over position.

    Weight was 319lbs this AM a touch of water and inflammation from some good food in 2 which will drop off this week.

    Cardio back in! And happy to be back to my routine!
