Late one tonight guys! A busy morning in person check in with a rich at 8am who’s 13 weeks out followed by a group of check ins then fitted the new dog guard to the car ready for some nice weekend walks!
I then travelled to UF Normanton to train with a client Wes who’s also around 13/14 weeks out! Did some posing rounds and visuals. Then back home for around 4:30pm
Couple more check ins and adjustments before heading for tea with Pheebs and friends a lovely Asian restaurant in Sheffield.
So a busy day. With another one lined up tomorrow!

This is very strange. If there’s been no variables that have changed in terms of training, nutrition, hydration, electrolyte balance AAS or GH increase or introduction. Other than major inflammatory response from fatigue or something else. Then maybe the scales need binning

Another 1lb drop today and potentially tomorrow with 2 consecutive rest days, followed by legs tomorrow.
I’m not mad as I’ve been a little more active these last few days. Today I got up did my cardio boxed mist check ins off. Then I had 4 hours tattoo on my shin. Tender to say the least. I think I have ADHD there’s no way I could sit for longer than that. That’s hard enough. I get very impatient and fidgety.
Anyway around a third of the leg done!
Finished a client set up tonight. And a few follow ups. Ready to rock tomorrow!

The concept is bang on. But we want to be still pretty fresh so you don’t have to do much in terms of fatigue management before you start coming out of the diet

What’s her class buddy? And is she in an off season or prep. Again max exposure would be 6 weeks with double the amount of time off.
Depending on her level there’s a potential to push to 10mg but unless she’s a higher level competitor I don’t see the need to.
Luckily i have a source who gets 2.5mg tabs which is ideal for female dosing

Little drop in weight today 338.8lbs
Rest day after pull & triceps so plenty of client work couple of zoom calls and client check ins. Cardio boxed off and some admin work for the tax man and swapping some account details over which is always a ballache. Should be legs tomorrow but I have 4 hours tattoo booked in and legs + tattoo would smoke me so I’m taking a forced extra day and training Friday/Saturday this week.
3 weeks until my operation!

Util you get bloodwork done it will be unclear to pinpoint buddy. But try to micro dose your injection over the week.
and add in some vitamin D 10,000iu daily as a minimum at this time of year.
keep some cardio in for health and well being and get those bloods booked

I wouldn’t remove them, I would just adjust where they are placed as Oscar states to ensure they are fully recovered. A little soreness isn’t always a massive negative if your just a little tight. Ensure you are doing your mobility work and potentially have some sports therapy during the week to stay on top of recovery

Chest & biceps or push went down today and very happy with progressions across the board. My shoulder still gives me grief in the session and after but Im finding a way to work with and around it.

I don’t see any problems with pills. Depending how long your going for and your current cycle. You may not want to risk taking oils. Or if you have any contacts out there ask there advice
