Another hectic day today.
Cardio at 5:30am home for some check ins then we set off to the shed for the new drop photo shoot and trained legs then in person check in with a client then a 3 hour journey home….
Followed by more work, food prep and we go again tomorrow.
We should have a more stable routine from Thursday onwards as we will have broadband and I won’t need to go Starbucks daily.
Push tomorrow and then a rest day before bloodwork Thursday. All being well it will be go time Monday for off season!

Hey Buddy are you natural or assissted?
For me at your age the main things are food, sleep, hydration and training….
My essentials would be:-
Vitamin d3 & k2 – especially in the winter months
omega 3 or omega V
Vitamin C
creatineIf affordability allows – a good whey isolate or protein you can digest well for ease
Cure coming would be a nice addition but not essential
If your assisted vital support, love hear & heart care to cover all bases

Morning guys!! Early start again as always which I like. Off to do cardio then get ready for the coach approach seminar which Im doing a Q & A for today in Birmingham.
Yesterday was another full on day in and out the house. Cardio, errands like tip runs an also trained arms & delts at Derby. Great session after my eating challenge. Which was horrific and satisfying at the same. time. Luckily digestion was back to normal yesterday and was only 0.8lbs up.
Me and Pheebs had a little down time last night and went to the cinema away from everything and watched venom. Was actually a really good watch.
Ready to start tomorrow fresh and really get the week off to a flyer with legs at the shed and a TBJP photoshoot!!

So what a day today.
Cardio at 6am – 30 mins and some ab work.
The to Starbucks again for work. I’m really looking forward to getting the broadband in Wednesday and getting back to my desk work!!
Then I went to flyford just over 2 hours for an eating challenge with josh Maley, filmed for YouTube. It’s something I’ve never done but always wanted to give one a go. I pulled my food back slightly post Alicante nothing crazy but just enough this AM I weighed 306.8lbs and high is only 2lbs up from Italy show day morning. But fully in control as we enter my off season. After Next week!
I fasted until 1pm when we tackled a mountain of food a breakfast challenge. The quality of food was epic. The size was daunting. So watch out for my YouTube coming soon. Only 1 person has managed it and she’s a world record competitive eater.
I haven’t ate since just 2 servings of EAA’s and glutamine and re hydrated.
See what I weigh in tomorrow. And then back to work. Arms and delts on the cards

I prefer HBCD over any other carb source I’ve used. Sustain has a a tri carb blend which sits extremely well. So smooth. But also performance fuel has the exact same effect just HBCD

I’m exactly the same as Andy whilst being on. But slightly different in dosage as I feel a larger dose once weekly does spike E2 significantly and splitting down to 250mcg Monday Thursday works nicely

Pull today back at UF derby. Cracking session nothing crazy from a load standpoint just re set lifts and eased back in. U til I can send it next week,
Few more bits boxed in the house this evening. Desk done. Even though I’m not sure it’s fully right. I’m not a DIY guy!

I don’t personally see the need for a PCT if your plan is to stay on. I would just lower your dosages based on bloodwork. 100-125mg/wk T only maybe have some proviron in there at 25mg daily.
6-8 weeks and run bloodwork. Then if all is good which I expect it should be. Then you can start your escalation again and maybe push to 250-300mg total load

Another mental day after moving…..
Up at 5am – cardio and abs 30 mins + 4 sets rope crunches
Then to Starbucks for a couple hours client work. Yes still no broadband.
Back home for meal 1 & prep food for the day. Then me and pheebs went on a mission. Picked flooring for the studio, ordered our dining table finally. Picked up our cutlery. Tip run. The n some
More sorting in the house.The plasterers are finishing the studio as we speak ready for paint next week.
Trained push this evening. Great session.
Now I’m off to the the dogs out for a quick walk
Then bed will 100% be calling me

For me LISS stationery bike isn’t causing too much fatigue. So I keep it in for routine and structure plus I enjoy it. But it depends how fucked you ate and how much cardio your doing?
20-30 mins keep it in 40-60 then half it and reduce step count.

Last rest day today….but not a rest because whoever said moving house was easy is lying 😂
Cardio boxed and work at Starbucks more or less caught up and moving forward now.
Today we bought a new hoover, dinner plate set, clothes aired, cutlery set, new pillows, food shop, some Xmas prezzies, did some more sorting in the house, nearly got my office desk set up it’s a right mission about 300 pieces but it’s a good one.
Push tomorrow and more house stuff….
More work stuff, dog walks all the usual!

and we are back home…..after another long day of travel.
Rest day tomorrow. Up for cardio so will be 3 full days rest but catch up on sleep and work and 3 sessions at devolume this week before I have bloodwork done and get ready to hit the ground running with off season.
Will reduce calories a touch these next few days just to wash a little bit of water off from a few off plan meals these last few days.
Cardio back in tomorrow and plenty of steps.
I have an eating challenge being filmed on Friday for YouTube with josh Maley so that should be fun.
