I’ve been here. And I believe me getting used to my CPAP is one of the reasons why I’m 18lb up on last years peak off season in better condition. With 8 weeks left of this push. With everything in a decent spot! Appetite is better than ever. Recovery is better.
My advise get used to the CPAP – I have missed 1 night in 4 months and I could tell massively it affected my appetite the next day. I felt hungover and lethargic.
The progress you will make moving forward just from this being in place will be worth it.

Hey guys,
Great weekend, but also puts a lot in perspective for me and my goals for the next few years. I’m a big believer of having time to reset and enjoy down time. But also now anything outside of my routine gives me anxiety. And just isn’t aligned with what I’m trying to achieve. One of my best friends stag do is in April and I’m going to have to tell him I won’t be going, but I’ll be at the wedding.
Ready for a busy day tomorrow! Biggest check in day of the week…so off to bed
For an early night! Up for cardio rehab and posing in the morning. We should have the new cardio equipment and lighting in this week which will be so much easier moving forward from a time perspective!#thejourney

High drew. Definitely get off the benzo’s I have known people in the past who have really struggled getting off these!
Some things to consider and Techniques that may work.
Reduce caffeine intake
Practise breathing techniques or meditation

Hey bud I agree with Max here, a gradual 12 -14 week dieting phase would be more beneficial here. So continue to try and maintain current composition whilst gradually increasing calories over the next 6-8 weeks. Then go into your diet phase

Great day today! Leg day at FLF had a catch up with Oscar. Went up with 2 clients Will and Joe who have become good friends and haran my usual training partner!
And we basically had the gym to ourselves. Got to use the bio press for the 1st time which was great. Very direct in the quads. Had to be careful with bracing with the pec. So went for a lower weight and kept in the 12-15 rep range!
Been for food in Manchester which was a nice change up fillet steak and calamari. Ready for push tomorrow!
339.2lbs this AM. Things have started getting a little more challenging at this weight now. Daily tasks have become difficult. But we are where we need to be to add the density required!

Rest day and check in day today. First day of rehab for the pec 5 x 30 reps banded fly’s AM and PM. Cardio and posing and some steps.
I’ve been admittedly a little lower on steps this last week as workload as been higher. So I’ve been behind the laptop more. I will not allow this to continue. Steps will be hit every day. Moving forward….
The cardio suite is done in the garden and just needs the lighting finishing ready for the equipment going on Tuesday! We are just waiting for confirmation on a treadmill also and we will be fully set up and ready to go!
I’ve also been contemplating another dog….I really would like a friend for Arnie. I just need to get the ok from Pheebs.
Leg day tomorrow and a trip to see my main man Oscar at FLF Manchester, travelling up with a couple of clients to show them how to go on.

What was it that you were injecting buddy? So I have had this just a couple
weeks ago. With bayer Primo (thick) it started and then stopped with about 20 units to go I took out and the plunger was blocked with an insulin pin. This was due to the thickness of the oil. Not scar tissue. I warmed it up and it then moved freely again. But I generally backfill insulin pins With all my injections and just warm them up on the radiator for a couple of minutesNath

Woke up expecting pain and bruising this AM, but thankfully i was in less pain than expected and had more movement. Still sore and uncomfortable in certain spots but i think ive scraped away with a grade 1 or micro tear.
trained pull today everything was unilateral. Good side i loaded as normal and was careful on bracing as i still want to create a training response at this stage of the push. We will not regress here. The inured side i lowered the load and went with 3 x 12-15 reps. I successful session and i was really pleased with the feeling. The most uncomfortable exercises (not pain just discomfort) was single rear delt fly and single bicep curl.
Rest day tomorrow. But i will start the rehab process with banded work! Spoke to Jordan and he has advised me on a protocol he used to get the repair process underway as fast as possible. hopefully ill be back firing on all cylinders in a few weeks!

Hey Jordan. I have never experienced or had any clients experience these severe mood changes off anavar.
Although anavar is one of the most highly fake drugs there is. So there is a potential this could be the case. Bloodwork would see where you are at hormone wise.
Everyone has different sides to anabolics but generally Anavar is usually positive in terms of mood enhancement from my experience. Others may have a different experience here

If your goal is to build as much muscle as possible for a competitive physique. Then i favour a variety of protein sources for a varied range of amino acid profiles. Red meat, fish, eggs, whey are my preference- I rarely have chicken or Turkey now but this is also fine.
If you’re goal is to just have a aesthetic physique, become healthier then your protein requirements can be less, and I don’t think the sources need to be as varied. Eat what you like, and what digests well. But be careful of intolerances

Evening guys. So not the ideal day today. Started off well. Cardio, steps, posing, sports therapy then Push and triceps.
Mobility and prehab work went fine. Pec Dec fly went very well and was up in weight and reps with very solid form.
Prime Incline press warm ups felt good 4th and final set 3rd rep on the eccentric I felt a tear in my pec like bubble wrap. I got out of the rep early band didn’t battle it. Ainu may have got away with a small partial. Grade 1 or bad strain.
We will know more in the morning, it’s tightened up and pretty stiff now. With some pain in the area. Then we can see what we do from there.
I won’t allow this to set me back. Progress will continue. We may just have to adjust how we do things for a few weeks. The goal remains. And we are relentless in the pursuit. This is bodybuilding and this is the danger when trying to get big and strong, it’s how we deal with this and keep pushing forward.
Only just finished with the accountant who’s sorting out mine and Pheebs books so my heads been mashed. But we rest up and go again!

Today has been rest day, 335lbs this morning…..The increase in food and anabolics seems to have taken affect. Im starting to feel fuller and thicker everywhere. Which is actually the first time i can actually say i feel like a bodybuilder….Kind of.
Rest day was well and truly needed! Ive boxed work off, ate all my meals, done my steps and cardio and had a power nap with the dog! Arnies a little under the weather he’s not moved from the sofa all day. So we are going to keep an eye on him tonight and tomorrow and see if he needs to go to the vets!
Push and triceps tomorrow plus a sports massage with Jay RNR and busy day of check ins! so an early night for an early start!

Hey Buddy, So straight off the bat here i would say you need to drop some Body fat. I would track overall activity/steps too so maybe have a step target from your walks but also include some HIIT style cardio for fitness/recovery/heart health – I found personally when i kept 2 session HIIT work in this offseason I’ve been able to push harder for longer, and stay leaner as im fitter and recovering better. Battle ropes 30 on 60 off x 5 to start and assault bike was my weapons of choice. My BP is still now at peak bodyweight of 150kg 130/63 this AM – HIIT as been removed for recovery benefits but i still do 20 mins daily of LISS heart rate around 125BPM.
Then look at supplementation – JP love heart and potentially 40mg of telmisartan daily.
Also bloodwork would be a good idea here to see if there any underlying issues.
