    Leg day today! Progression across the board! Slowly increasing the Cybex hack each rotation 5.5pps x 12 there was maybe another there I will make this 15 then go to 5.75 or 6 – 6 is there for 8-10 now but at this point in the session I’m taxed and I want to make sure I’m not going to ruin my knees and have to pull this movement in 4 weeks. I want a decent run. So we will switch between this and either Atlantis hack or pendulum every other week!

    We had to change the last exercise to SL Atlantis leg press as someone was doing 300 sets on the leg press! But these felt awesome 20 rep set SL was serious!!

    What’s current cycle nath?

    Current cycle (last 4 weeks of this push)

    500mg testosterone
    300mg NPP
    1400mg primo

    Cycle started at:-

    300mg test
    150mg NPP
    600mg Primo

    NPP and test have gone up in 50mg increments every 2-3 weeks

    Primo has gone up 200mg increments

    Ancillaries are still the same

    Proviron 25mg
    T4 100mcg
    Gh 4iu
    Telmisartan 40mg
    Metformin 500mg
    L-Carnitine 200mg

    Masteron would be a solid substitute if cost is an issue.

    I have always had some Really solid results with masteron. Performance being one of them. And also increasing my feeling of well being.

    Hey bud. So great news your knees are feeling good! And your enjoying training legs Wednesday. The thing you have got to think about here is enjoyment and prioritising recovery and weak areas. So there’s a few options to look at but I would try and stick to the same split if you are enjoying with yourself new leg day partner Wednesdays. You could maybe look at something like a Dorian 4 day split or a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off see below hope these help.

    Happy Sunday guys! Weather is shite! but the mood is good. 5 weeks left on cycle and this last phase of the push and we have nudged food up for the last time.

    TD – 6556 kcals
    1008g carb
    406g pro
    100g fat

    NTD -5577 kcal
    679g carb
    389g pro
    145g fat

    We have changed food sources slightly to keep appetite and digestion in a good spot and increased liquid carbs around the workout window. Final stretch to solidify the tissue we have worked hard for. What goes up. Must come back down. Im extremely happy with how this off season has gone. Ive not managed to stall with progress once regards appetite, digestion or food being an issue. Body comp has held well. And im excited for a new improved look on stage!

    Hey bud, I don’t understand your reasoning behind the cycle here to be honest.

    Phase 1 – 250mg testosterone? 300mg NPP 400mg masteron?

    Phase 2 – 750mg testosterone? 500mg
    Primo?

    Why the 500mg jump in testosterone? Why changing the compounds?

    If this is your first off season injectable cycle? I would recommend starting at minimal effective dose of 300mg testosterone only.

    Check bloods at week 5/6 and then adjust if needed with adding a DHT derivative Mast/primo to modulate E2

    Split your weekly dosage down to 3 shots

    And EQ.

    Morning guys

    Push on the cards today, Been for a short walk with the dog this morning with Pheebs, now the weight has jumped back up 20 mins is about my max without back pumps causing discomfort. I Will get on the bike and do some cardio this evening whilst watching some youtube. Whilst in the off season as long as i do some activity before meal 1 weather thats cardio or a dog walk im happy. As long as i get my allocated cardio in during the day and steps are boxed off.

    In prep Im a little more regimental…. Cardio, then dog walk, then M1, then laptop work. Until it gets to the point Im up at 4am so i do work first. But sleep is my friend at the minute!

    Just boxed a few client check ins off then i have an in person check in today at UF as a client as approx 11 weeks out and i want to see him in person.

    I felt this as soon as my Primo over the 2:1 ratio, my libido has decreased slightly….this may also be the fact that its peak off season, so everything is harder generally….except what your wanting Ha!

    To add to Oscar’s point – you have posted a pic of the current classic physique MR Olympia in stage condition. So regardless of what exercises you do. If you never achieve this level of Bodyfat, you will never see this level of musculature showing, this will also depend on genetics, nutrition, work ethic, and all the above exercises and more!!

    Hey guys! Big positive today. Knocked off the 5plate x 8 pull nearly 9 but failed at lockout. So we are in a position to take this forward now! It felt good and I’m happy!

    Cycle changes:-

    Test E 450mg/wk
    NPP 300mg/wk
    Primo 1300mg/wk

    All ancillaries, gh, insulin still the same. Just a 100mg bump in primo, this will go up to 1500mg peak load over the next 4-5 weeks.

    And just like that we are 10 weeks away for starting prep again….I’m excited
