I have always worked well at 1-2 mins fast pace to elevate HR quickly then maintain a steady pace. I can’t say I really measure HR I know when I’m working hard or when I’m slacking.
But again depends how you measure. For the most accurate reading if you want to track the get a polar Monitor buddy

I agree. Fine in daily small doses. I wouldn’t like to go over 0.5ml personally and depending how your skin reacts to the carrier oil would be person dependant. I think for a cruise/TRT/maintenance dose it’s fine. Personally for a cycle with more volume I’d opt for IM

Evening guys! Quick one before I get my head down. Great day today….rest day check ins and something a little different for Haran’s YouTube. Didn’t take too much time out of our day either.
Me jimmy and haran went head to head in a bake off/ready steady cook challenge. 20 Mins to make a Thai green curry from scratch. Lots of fun. And the 1st I’m a series of challenges between us. I won’t spoil the result but my presentation was 100% the best. By a country mile. I just lack the sense of taste and smell so had to wing the spices.
Tomorrow is leg day! Let’s get after it!

Pull and biceps today! Great session with the boys. Back to fully loading from the rear. I feel it tonight though defo ready for rest day tomorrow!
Tomorrow will Consist of cardio/posing/dog walk and client work – I will try my best to get a nap also but work is very busy so the chances are maybe not!

Fully agree here….run bloods check thyroid. And slowly increase carbs to maintenance for a period. Then you can return to a small Deficit…..and there is potential for the addition of some fat burning pathways her also.

Hey bud so without assessing your diet to see if your caloric intake is 1300kcals (very low) and confirming your output is 40 mins daily with potentially a consistent step Count also. I would agree with Hilly and say get some bloodwork done ASAP. As 60mcg T3 and 80mcg clen is a decent dose. So the quality of the T3 may may not be true.
T3 especially. I don’t like going over 37.5mcg for clients unless bloodwork states otherwise. T3 is also highly catabolic and doesn’t just target stored fat it will also target muscle. And the higher the dose the more potential you have of eating away at muscle not just fat. There is a balance to achieve with this.
There’s definitely more specifics that need looking at. But you have dug yourself a hole here and can’t keep digging. You have to Climb out. And re establish a new start point.

I can’t imagine syringes going out of date as long as they are still in there protective covering, but they will always come with a best before or expiry date for the company who manufacturing them for liability purposes

Rest day today, but as always a busy one! Had a guy round this morning to assess the cross trainer as the monitor isn’t working. (New screen needed) so that’s been taken away for parts!
Check ins and an in person check, and a couple of dog walks! Feel loads better in myself today as inflammation has dropped from earlier in the week.
Last 4 weeks of letting the muscle marinate. Then we pull back down to Maintanance ready to start prep. We will enter prep in a cruise phase and hit the gas with my prep cycle at 14 weeks out. So this will be an 8 week cruise phase after this initial push.

Pull today with Kuba for the site – which was a very very good session Slightly different to my normal set up. But my back is absolutely smoked. Keep an eye out for the video dropping soon!
Rest day tomorrow. Couple of new starters to set up and some check ins to box off! This is the tail end off off season now. Some days harder than the rest. But we keep doing the do. And digging in. One goal in mind!

evening guys.
So today was officially the hardest day of off season. I don’t like to moan as I love what I do and I know its part of the process. But i like to be real. I went for a free meal yesterday with Jimmy Tonk, Haran, and the main man Oscar. I had a good feed. But today my guts have been in tatters. Especially this morning. This is why I really don’t like having off plan meals. I enjoy my diet, im not boring it just throws me off. The odd 1 for social reasons is great i just have to be very careful with what i choose. BBQ brisket and wings and mac n cheese wasn’t the one obviously.
I literally felt like i had a hangover all day, lethargic, productivity was down, steps were harder, acid reflux. What a joy!! Ive still got all my meals in took the dog out twice and jut road it out. I feel loads better now and just have my COR meal to have so this should go down easy. And i will be ready to film for the site tomorrow. Pull with Kuba is on the cards.

Nathan, Looking back at your bloods I noticed your prolactin and estro were higher than normal. Did you take anything to counter this? Especially the prolactin? Ai usage obviously varies, but what dose did you run also?
Or do you take anything to counter this while on your current cycle?
Hey Buddy, So these bloods were 7 weeks post show. So i did expect them to be slightly out. I finished my prep on Lower test around 350-400mg, Trenbolone was higher at 700mg and masteron 800mg with winstrol at 50mg and halo at 30mg – aromasin was used at the back end of prep. So oestrogen will have likely risen with the discontinued use of this post show. But i havent ran any AI’s since prep. my prolactin was naturally elevated as oestro was coming down but i ran p5p (vitamin B6) to aid this returning to normal levels. I allow my oestro to run as high as it wants without any negative sides. Personally mine has always been a touch higher. But i find this important for libido, insulin sensitivity, strength, mood, well being. I will be having my bloods done again at the end of this push so i will post and we shall see where we are at.

Great day today. Had the pleasure of having Oscar over to train push and just the oura he brings is contagious. Such a genuine great guy! On top of that 1st fully bilateral push session in the books and it was a success. It’s still there I’m the back of my mind. And it’s made me aware it’s not at 100% but we are working! I haven’t slept well, last 2 nights so really felt it today . Had a nap and that but just want to go bed early tonight and prepare myself for tomorrow push session.
