First show of the season today. And a great way to start the year. We had a MENS physique client who DNP but a great experience and fantastic transformation in a strong first timers line up of 10 lads. A friend
Took 1st in bodybuilding medium. And Phoebes had a a fair few posing clients who all placed really well multiple 2nd places and top 3’sHad a change up in diet from Cal today to reset and refresh the pallet a touch. And we will be moving into a set rotation for training moving forward. Which will be a nice change up.
Still getting some aggro from my folliculitis on my hamstrings which I’m not gonna lie has affected my mood recently. I can’t imagine how people feel with severe acne. As these inflamed hair follicles are painful, don’t look nice. They affected me this last week or so to the point where I said I’m not competing this year if they haven’t cleared. I think it’s good to be open about your mental health. And this is the only thing at the minute that is causing me issues
I’m looking at the bigger picture as hopefully the laser hair removal should really start kicking in soon as I’ll be on my 3rd treatment and that’s one of the main treatments for this. Then we can really start working on skin care treatments.

I would split the dose of mast/primo to 300mg total initially. No need for AI’s in this stack. You can taper the DHT derivatives up when hormones have been checked. But you don’t want to feel like shit early doors.
I think there’s a place for bring E2 Down low when stepping on stage towards the end to achieve a desired look. But not here.
As hilly states everything else looks fine. I’d put tren in at 100mg and keep it in from the start.

Push today and very happy with todays session. No pain in the pec. progressed load back up to around 85% of my previous max for 12-15 rep ranges with really nice connection!
There may be a change in split coming soon. To freshen things up a touch! But all is feeling good at the minute.
Tomorrow is the first client show of the year at the PCA 1st timers so we will be attending tomorrow and very excited for the show season to start!!

Rest day today! And a late from me. But it’s been a great night. One of my oldest and best mates popped round this morning and asked me to go to watch stormzy in concert with him! As he’s been let down, we don’t get to do much together now so nights like these are great memories. We had hospitality seats so we were able to sit and enjoy the show!

Hey buddy! I must agree with The above. 3 days full rest. Maybe more if needed. Completely switch off from the gym and relax. Mentally and physically it will do you the world of good.
You sound very much clued up on your set up and taking breaks can be difficult but you will 100% benefit here buddy

How significant has the drop been? It may just be your body re adjusting a touch? How bad are the hypos? Wet through cold sweats? And shakes? If there not at that level and it’s just hunger. Your good suck it up! I use to embrace the hypos on prep! There a challenge. You ride them out your getting leaner ?

Today was legs with Kuba for the JP site! Always enjoy training with Kuba he brings the best out in you.
A new session for me. Which meant 1st time in a squat rack in 2 years and 1st time using the kabuki bar SSB setting. The session has fried me.

Will you be running a health phase, bringing PED’s down for several weeks prior to prep starting?

Hey buddy. No problems. So the plan is:-
1 and half more weeks on cycle. Then we will lower androgen load to a cruise/maintenance dose. And being calories back to maintenance. This will wash off some stress and inflammation. We will run this for 8 weeks.
4 weeks of this will be in a deficit as prep will start we will re introduce the escalation of androgen load at 14 weeks out from the 1st show of the season
