    If I go over 300mg NPP it affects me negatively in terms of mood, anxiety and paranoia.

    I have noticed a difference in mood since dropping NPP ready for prep

    Hey Nathan hope all is well. When you’re blasting, how often do you pin and do you use insulin everywhere or just normal 1 inch orange and what’s max amount of oil you would do daily? Sorry for all the questions

    Hey bud, so my last blast I did 4 injections days per week. I started with backfilling insulin pins until the amount went over a ml per injection then I switched to small oranges as you said, I don’t like doing over 1ml per site if I can help it….

    I have also injected daily I don’t mind whatever cal tells me to do I do

    Another jam packed day! Client work, back and biceps and then the amateur/pro athletes meeting at UltraFlex hosted by Ian, Jack Sullivan and robin chang. It was great to listen to what they spoke about in terms of the direction of the sport and expectations. Also Jack answered some awesome questions about judging and criteria.

    A very long day has come to an end, I set off at 5:45am and I’ve just got in bed now at 11pm watching the 2bros Ben Weider classic. Got me more fired up than ever to get prep under way!!

    This is 12iu weekly.

    2iu Daily is 14iu weekly?

    why not opt for this frequency? we can generally process smaller amount of GH better

    Morning guys,

    New split through from Callum today. I will add my sessions in full over the rotation so you can get a feel for the new set up!

    Anabolic’s have reduced back down to a cruise dose, this is to have a clear out, get fresh before we start prep. Bloodwork will be due in 6 weeks.

    Test E 300mg/wk
    Primo 150mg/wk

    Food has stayed the same for the time being, we have worked hard to put the tissue on. So we work hard to keep hold now. We aim to hold weight around 332-335lbs until its time to pull down.

    Evening guys, rest day today for me. Sports massage and some steps and work. RNR worked me hard this AM and after a rough sleep in the foetal position with a pillow between my legs my back has eased off a load. Less pain and loads more movement. So I think 1 week off pulls i will be good as new. I will switch to RDL’s and work my way back up.

    Re wrote my daily non negotiable TO DO’s on my white board again today to cement my goals. To visualise and act like a pro.

    Back in with the boys tomorrow up early to attack the day!

    I have used it personally for 3 weeks…. As i thought it would help clear up folliculitis. For me the sides outweighed the benefits even after 3 weeks.

    Very dry sore lips, skin went very dry quickly and sensitive. I had a decrease in mood and my usual positive self, was thinking negatively. So from personal experience it was a big NO.

    It really depends how bad the acne is. I havent got acne its a different skin problem, that i thought i would self medicate and it wasn’t for me. Im having greater success with laser hair removal

    Well fuck me sideways…..Just not having the best run of late. Tweaked my back today during pulls. Hopefully not too bad, but when you feel something slightly off like a little crunch. Then after about 5-10 mins all your surrounding muscle say “fuck off not today son” and stiffen you up like a board……So yeh my lower back has gone into defence mode. So RDL’s (deadstop) will be back in once im moving freely again. I finished the session as everything else was supported and i did an extra set of prime extreme row. Which felt great a 22 repper. Ive had a hot bath, and kept moving took the dog out, But it still pretty sore. Movement at my weight isn’t great without a back spasm.

    Rest day tomorrow, So check ins, client set ups and deep tissue. Which may be just try to make me feel less like a board.

    Nothing else to report! Im ready to diet! I wanna get shredded. I want to feel hungry.
