    Back in for Push today. great session. Still took progression in load and reps today on most exercises today which i was very happy about. Session went as follows:-

    DB supported laterals x 3 sets
    prime pec fly x 2 sets
    Kas handle press x 2 sets
    prime dip machine x 2 sets
    cross body extension SS Vulcan extension superset x 3 sets
    SA DB concentration curl x 3 sets
    EZ cable curl x Triple drop set
    prime laterals x 3 sets

    Weight is holding around 330 daily now 15 weeks out Sunday! Ready to go!

    Im going to try vlogging tomorrow wish me luck!!

    I fully agree with Hilly here…..

    i would be removing the easy calories first….fruit juice, fast carb powders, oils, making sure i have solid whole food choices in place. You can make a big dent in your calorie intake here and as Hilly states add in some more movement 20 mins steady state fasted cardio.

    I generally like a small recovery phase so i would have liked you to transition to baseline drugs for 6 weeks have some bloodwork and be ready to go! 250mg/wk Test and potentially 100-150mg/wk Masteron – you could still do this and start your prep cycle escalation at 14 weeks out and use faster esters so you get up to peak saturation a little quick than the enanthate esters.

    Hey Guys…..

    Busy rest day today.

    Cardio, posing, haircut, physio, suit fitting – that took up half my day! The massage as needed today im feeling a little beat up at the minute. Weight is coming down nicely i woke up this morning and you know when you’ve dropped. Who you’ve done this over and over again. You wake up and within the first 2-3 mins of being awake before you step on the scales you know

    “I’ve dropped today” 328.2lbs – 28lbs of my current composition we will be a very nice 300lbs i can feel it.

    Then it was back to the laptop for check ins which I’ve boxed off. But i have a couple to catch up with tomorrow AM and a new starter plan to box off. Then im back in for push and triceps.

    Ive got an ECG and echo cardiogram booked in for June which will be interesting to see the results of.

    Hey buddy, as you are wanting to get in and out in 6 weeks the goal is to be more aggressive here with the deficit….So for me you need to be moving more however you are wanting to achieve this. First thing i notice is your protein is very low here….160g on a training day. For me for weight i would be looking at minimum 2.5-2.75g per kg of BW on day on both days Calories would only be 2500 kcals with your increased protein

    add in cardio I would be going straight in at 30 mins daily fasted + 10k steps – assess after a week and make adjustments as needed.

    Hey Buddy we would really need to see some physique pictures to give a proper assessment. Then we can assess body fat levels, as whats optimal for me body-fat wise in a growing phase may be different for you.

    If digestion, sleep, performance, appetite are all good this is a good sign and 1lb a week is a steady rate of gain. But again pictures would be useful here buddy

    Charles Tyrwhitt is a chain I believe they suited the England Rugby team. I got a nice shirt from them for my friends wedding. They measured me up and were very helpful with tailoring too

    Evening Guys – 329.4lbs this AM Cardio and posing rounds boxed off then in for Push. Strength still holding nicely in the recovery phase. If not taking a few progressions here and there. pull is the only session where I am really having a battle with holding strength, towards the end of the week is where it hits me the Pull session after legs. But soon the goods will be back in and we will be flying again.

    Ive had a little tendinitis issue for a few weeks so I’ve gone to a arm giant set, on one session and 2 super sets on the other….. and its been class rather than top set back off for 2 exercises. May run with this for a while as my arms have definitely looked and felt fuller these last few weeks.

    Filming Pull and Hams for the site tomorrow which will be fun!

    Evening guys! Rest day today. Cardio, steps, some check ins then off to a show to watch a client who took home the win in mens physique. And narrowly missed out on the overall. Weight has dropped a few lbs this week. And we have now had the first food drop of prep. 1st day today on lower food! Am I shredded yet?

    Up early for a busy day tomorrow and back in for push with the boys!

But to give an honest breakdown we would need to see some check in photos not in vest and joggers in natural or better lighting, in your mandatory poses for your class. Not black and white or with joggers and a vest. This will then give us a clear idea of where you are.

    Pull and biceps at Elite physique today and in person check in with Anton, who looking solid. 2 weeks out from his show. We have pushed him hard (just 35g intra carb) he’s never reached true condition before and taking over his prep 8 weeks ago we had to bring him in quick. We won our trial show 2 weeks ago with no proper peak. Now we dig in anther week before dropping output and reducing inflammation. And peak him for the main show!

    Then it’s rebound time ready for a bi off season.

    The first time today i felt the drop off in recovery properly in a session. Everything felt heavy….So i spoke to cal and we will be reducing workload over the next week or so to make sure we are fresh ready for anabolic to go in. Where recovery will be greater.

    Rest day tomorrow and another client showing who’s looking onnnnn!

    Keep 2 rotations buddy. This still gives you enough exercise variation, whilst still having the frequency to keep consistent movement patterns in so progressions can be taken.

    Adding another rotation can complicate things. Until things stall it start to feel off rinse the exercises you have buddy
