Busy morning with client work again this morning so boxed these off and had a nap as felt more tired than usual
Then went and trained upper with a client
Appetite isn’t as high the last few days so I think a few more weeks of pushing before it’s time to pull food down and tidy up

Rest day for me today
Morning of work for me before going for a coffee
Did go and finish steps off at the gym as wanted a sauna so made sense to do steps there
Tomorrow will hit an upper session

Slower start to the day today with unexpected things to do
Headed to Cheltenham after and didn’t end up training til 8pm but got it done regardless
Will be check in day tomorrow so see what changes bring

Early start for me today as clients competing in the pro q at Maidenhead today
Joe taking pro card was well deserved ! Best he has looked !

Agree with Jordan & Hilly here. I dont see the need to use an AI if secondary compound is Primo or even Primo/Mast mix.
If your total load is going up from 440 to 6-700mg you could use Test at 2-250mg and remainder from Primo or mix
Test E 250mg/wk
Primo 300mg/wk
Mast E 200mg/wk
GH 4iu daily
This would be a nice stack and you would get alot from this for your next blast 100%How long would you run this for and can you remove the gh and use something else for a bulk ? [/quote]

Then went to do a quick food shop as heading down to Maidenhead tomorrow for the pro q
Hit legs today , starting to get a little niggle in my right knee so having to be extra careful with this arm and warming up more than normal
Will rest tomorrow

Upper session today for me on the cards
2 sets tricep pushdown
1 set plate loaded chest press
2 sets shoulder press
2 sets incline chest press
2 sets side raises
2 sets lat pulldown
2 sets chest spp rowStrength up on all lifts and had a solid pump
Increase in food deffo feeling but also helping progression
