I have now been to another doctor and finally got a prescription.
He himself said he wants to start with a low dosage and then slowly go up if it doesn’t work.
For now, 10mg a day for 2 months is the plan!
I’m really happy!

Supps remain the same.
That would be my modified version!
Two more questions!
@Meg: What exactly do you mean by “if you’re struggling with appetite are your aging heavy”?
I’m not struggling with appetite, but I’m coping better with my everyday life (family, work etc) with less meals and I’m not struggling with hunger due to the big gaps. I feel like I could eat all day
Where would you remove the carbs in the future if I have to continue with the calories and where should they remain until the end?
-
Thank you very much for your answers!
I will implement everything!
For the rest of the diet I would then always reduce the amount of carbohydrates.
In case I switch back to building up again after a few months. Can I leave the rest as it is and just increase the carbs or should I then do everything completely differently again?
-
Thanks for the tips! Will adjust it!
How much carbs would you add there?
-
Sorry for the late reply.
Thank you for your words! You’re right on all counts!
I have another appointment for mid-February and will push the topic again then! The prescribed creams and shampoos have done nothing…
I will definitely report here what helped me in the end!

I went to the dermatologist today.
Unfortunately, prescribing Roaacutan is not so easy…I have now done three things.
Shampoo with ketoconazole which is applied to the hair and skin when showering.
In the morning cream with urea 100mg/g.
In the evening 1% solution with Ciclopirox-olamine.
Have to go back after a month… we’ll see how it looks then. :/

I never shave properly with a wet razor, but always use a trimmer. This gives me little to no skin irritation.
I have a dermatologist appointment at the end of the month and will mention Roaccutane. Nothing else is likely to help.
I have Vital Support and Love-Heart in my plan as standard! That should reduce the damage a little.
Child planning is not an issue for now.
Thanks for the tips!
Can I ask what your dosage was?

Hey Allison,
thanks for the answer!
Your description would actually suit me very well!
In fact, I currently feel like I have pins and needles when I sweat. Even on my scalp where I don’t actually have any pimples…
I actually took Doxycycline before taking Minocycline, unfortunately without success.
Then I think the only thing left is Roaccutane…

Thank you Peter for your answer!
I appreciate your support here!
I have had low HDL for a very long time and long before I started taking anabolics. I have never reached the target value of 50. I ordered love heart and vital support from the Netherlands!
I was actually a bit worried about the oestrogen. Without the Primo, I would estimate that it is around 80. With the Primo it’s half that. Don’t you think I’m already responding very well to it? Perhaps I should take a slightly lower dose after all?

New link. There was an error in the magnesium line.

What is your opinion on an anabolic push for 20 weeks after this bloodwork?
Had the following in mind:
200mg Test E week
115mg Primo week
2iu HGH daily

Any ideas?

Hey mates
quick update on my injury.
I’ve been to a doctor, a physio and an osteopath.
It’s a classic impingement and this has caused the biceps tendon to become inflamed, especially at the top of the shoulder.
I stopped doing exercises that hurt and took 2x25mg diclofenac for a week. I also bought a training tool to strengthen my rotators so that the problem gets better.
I will now go to the physio regularly and also change my warm-up routine for training and also incorporate the rotator training.
I would like to support the healing process a little and am considering adding TB-500 with BPC and have a few more questions about this.
TB-500 200mcg per day for 4 weeks
BPC-157 200mcg per day for 4 weeks
What do you think about the dosage and would you recommend oral or injectable BPC?
Thank you very much!

Hey buddy,
I once read that users shouldn’t provide “help” because the expertise comes from the professionals here.
But because it’s about Germany, I’ll share my experience with you.
You can go to the doctor as normal and ask them for a blood test. They work together with laboratories and then write you the bill and send you the results. But you need to know that the blood values will then go into your medical file. You should think about it, because health insurance companies in Germany can be very strict.
Otherwise, google for free laboratories in your area. If you live in the west, I can recommend “MVZ”. You can usually go there without an appointment, the prices are the same as at the doctor’s and nothing ends up in the file!

I still have a question!
How many days before the blood test should I not exercise?
I would drink 500ml of water in the morning and then give the blood directly on an empty stomach.
Thank you!
