Roman started the discussion Training with an RIR of 2-3? in the forum Training a day ago
Hello,
I have three questions:
1. if I only train my sets with an RIR of 2-3 and therefore also increase my volume, does this put the same strain on the nervous system as if I did less volume with an RIR of 0-1?
2. what should I bear in mind in a training plan if I want to keep the nervous system load as low as possible but still want to…

Hey Allison,
can I ask about your skin routine again?
Do you use cream? Water temperature? Sunscreen?
I follow you on Insta and say that your skin is really good!
I am now at 40mg isotretnoin (20 in the morning 20 in the evening) and have extremely dry eyes and lips but only a minimal improvement.
The chafing skin on my arm is also still…

Insulin needle for intramuscular injections?
Hello,
does it matter how deep the needle is in the muscle when injecting?
I think I once heard that you shouldn’t use insulin needles for injecting into the muscle.
I’m currently injecting about 90mg every 3 days and I’m having wild fluctuations in my levels within those days. I have a total testosterone level of 14 on day 1 and 7 on day 3.
I…

I had already eliminated the following foods.
– Cinnamon (I always had 2 grams pre and post workout)
– Coffee in the morning and at lunchtime (caffeine inhibits DAO…

High protein consumption and histamine intolerant?
Thanks for all the feedback and tips.
The doctor said the same thing about processed foods. He also said that you can get very good protein powders these days that have few ingredients and he thinks that they are not the problem, but the amino acid histidine and that would not change with chicken instead of protein powder.
I will still change…

High protein consumption and histamine intolerant?
Hello,
I went to the doctor again today because of skin problems and the doctor has a new tendency that I wanted to discuss with you.
I just need a second opinion.
I have a lot of allergies to deal with. Any kind of pollen, trees and grasses or even dust mites.
My doctor now suspects that my acne is related to a sweat allergy.
He says all the…

Building muscle during the diet
Hey guys!
Thanks for all the feedback!
I forgot to write if: The stack with the 220mg test e and 110mg primo for 20 weeks was in my build up phase.
I started the diet eight weeks ago and it’s going really well, although I went down a little with the stack right at the beginning.
But that’s exactly the opinion I was asking for! I guess I will…
