    ive been trying to push up my strength adding more food bud i find i tend to over indulge used to be super obese gone back to pro/fats would you still add carbs pwo only or intra as always the main objective is muscle tissue??

    hi jordan,was thinking of changing my routine to a 3 day split due to the winter months have started today with squat/deads/standing mp/day off then close grip pull down/chins/flat dumbell press/fly day off bi’s/tri’s calfs but not sure on this hope you could give me some input.p.s cardio 40 mins am on rest days as main goal is fat loss thanks.
