    Would aim for 45 mins pre (try time this so its 30-45 mins after ur pre workout meal), train for 1-2 hours, then 45 mins post workout and this time aim for 30-45 mins prior to ur post workout meal.

    1iu upon wake, 1iu pre, 1iu post, 1iu pre bed would be good, mimic the body’s natural pulses.
