Jordan, you’ve mentioned using Codeine to control blood pressure, was either in ur journal or health forum I forget which one…what would u advise for dosing and frequency on this?

Pre first, you can get away with less carbs pre as the intra will help to compensate for any lack of glycogen.
To be honest, a zero carb pre workout meal isn’t necessary a bad thing at the best of times. I have periodically gone zero carb pre workout and my first hit of carbs being intra and didn’t notice any detriment to training/strength/recovery etc.

I would still have this meal as a carb dominant meal. In the post workout parameter carbs are going to be of more use than fats. Plus taking into consideration ur daily caloric/carb requirements if u had “X” amount of cals dedicated to this meal then adding fats would take away from this and you’d have to reduce the carb content to still hit the caloric total, if that makes sense? I would prefer to get the most out of my allocated calories and pack as much carbs in as it allowed.
If U require more fats then maybe consider doing a jp and waking up during the night to have a protein peanut butter mix and then going back to sleep? Something to consider anyway.
Anyway, I’m no Jp but Hope that helps!

Thinking 20-25mg of each, 4 days a week pre workout (I train 5 days but will stick to 4 days to begin to see how it sits with digestion)

How many rotations are u working through just now? Have u dropped to 3 since adding an extra rest day into ur routine?

Pre bed shots jp? Iv always done pre workout as I felt the blood flow helped to dissipate the oil.

I do, but as a stand alone supplement it would still be a worth while choice. Using test will merely amplify things.

Will you run tren the full cycle? Or swap it at the tail end? I know ur a fan of npp too.

I’m onto my second cycle of superdrol, 20-30mg pre workout (20-30 mins pre), hard to say if it’s placebo affect but I notice an increase in strength after the first dose! (And Placebo or not that’s not a bad thing for sure). Can be used while in a surplus or a deficit too so it’s a very versatile compound which is good. I’d say go for 20mg pre workout for 4-6 weeks see what u think. Second time round go for 30mg pre. I don’t think anything much more than that is necessary personally. Hope that helps.

No hostility, I have worked with Jordan for a year n a half so I know his methods. He does not use this in his offseason with himself nor his clients and has been asked this question in his journal which he responded with saying it may help keep fat levels at minimum but he doesn’t see it necessary or beneficial to use when offseason.
I’m sure there may be research showing it’s benefits, equally so I’m sure there’s research showing that it’s not. End of the day it’s what works for you.

Filip, eat more…simply adding deca won’t make u grow. Eat more, lift more.

Bpc-157 peptide, 250mcg am and pm injected close to the site of the pain for 10 days.
Bands would help too as lighter loading at the bottom of the rep.
Kwan loong oil on the sore area during the session helps and tiger balm prior to the session.
Single ply knee sleeves to give some support and help keep heat in the knees.
