    id maybe even start at 3,000 cal and go from there, focus on rebounding/recomping with the re addition of anabolic. try get back close to the 214lb but on lower cals so then by the time you’re back up to 4,800cal you’re heavier than last time…nothing wrong with the other approach of ramping cals right back up high from day 1 either tho to be fair.

    Iv used medisave 2-3 times and they’ve always had discreet outer packaging. A very small mention of “medisave” on the packing label from what I remember, but not noticeable unless you specifically looked for it…

    If you’re wanting to go to a 4 day split why not try…off, legs, off, push, pull, off, full body, repeat?? Hits everything twice a week over the 4 days…

    OR…on the flip side, look into fortitude training? Which is 4 days a week with alternating frequency, and volume.

    Find something you’re sh!t at and get very fucking good at it!…find a position/stance you’re weak in, and get really fucking strong in that position!!…turn ur weaknesses into ur strengths….simples!!

    What sort of volume adjustment, if any, will you make to your sessions if changing to legs push pull lower upper?

    Will you keep sessions to 1 heavy set and 1 back off set or mix in some rest pauses/single higher rep set metabolic stress stuff?

    Will add this onto my own question as I started using test suspension today.

    Started with 50mg every day, alongside test enanth, npp and tren. Starting weight is 107kg so will see what results come from this…defo felt blood pressure spike after taking the shot….but I did mix it with injectable dbol so it could have been the combo, but it was definitely more intense than the dbol on its own lol

    Let me put it this way…it took me 9,600cals to get my weight up to 114kg…so if I can burn less calories I’ll not need to eat as much food as Eddie hall…lol

    If I lower the volume then yes I’ll be able to increase the frequency I can train that muscle, but the overall workload of working sets can still be reduced. For example if I’m currently doing 15 work sets for chest a week split over 2 days and I go to 3 times frequency and 4 working sets a session (12 work sets in a week) then the reduced volume will mean less calories burnt…

    Using androgen pharma, Iv gained approx 6kg of muscle, condition is still V lean so I know there’s been little to no fat gain. Caloric increments have been very slow and gradual to keep things tight and strength has been hitting all time PB’s!

    Jordan, when would u justify adding in a meal during the night? Would it be when you’ve maxed out the meals during the day? Or if/when u start to regularly wake up during the night hungry?
