    We have now completed the first season as a figure competitor – the goal now is to become competitive in that class – see how I go about my offseason to progress both physically and in life in general.

    So new log is here guys ? we have competed the first season as a figure competitor and we now ready to push into the new offseason goal is to compete next when I am truly competitive – it’ll be slow process as I will keep drugs the same never more, I will utilise good training and eating! This is what the what the head judge said is important I do now to keep my shape and to keep my femininity – anyway post show my weight is up 2.3kg and has stayed the same since moving into my new offseaon plan. Kuba added some food I will post my current diet for you – no supps are in we are coming off all fat burners over this next 2 weeks too.

    Training day diet

    30g whey vegan Jp
    60g cream of rice
    100g berries
    10g dark choc

    M2
    100g Turkey
    200g potatoes or 50 g rice flakes
    100g greens
    50 g pineapple
    5g oil

    M3 pre
    Extra salt here
    50g prawn
    50g smoked salmon
    100g pineapple
    80g rice
    1 caramel rice cake

    M4 60
    Mins pre
    80g cream of rice
    100 banana
    20 whey
    Legs abs back
    1 rice crispy

    Intra m4

    Hey All.

    Great second day on the new split – I will be training with Kuba and my new split will be:
    Pull
    Rest
    Push
    Legs
    Rest
    Repeat

    As push takes away from my pill sessions with some of the movement paths of my arms on push day and I want to bring up my posterior chain so makes sense To have my 2 rest days around my weaker area.

    Happy with how I’m looking I’m down by 0.05 today – so excited to push and grow from here 🙂

    Busy morning – check ins, new plan, dog walk, breakfast made and sat down to do some more work now

    off to train leg rotation two later VERY excited – we will be doing a leg session for the site for sure ??

    Hey Everyone

    Busy but lovely day here

    Today I competed all client check ins, did a new starter plan, went to see the wedding venue, went food shopping, 2 x dog walks, saw my parents and now in for a chilled evening with Kuba today before a big push sessions tomorrow x

    Meg hear – so weight has come down a tad today – I’m happy with pics we aren’t going to push food as I don’t need anymore right now but we have altered some things with like for like macros as I’d rather have more whole foods 🙂 details are below!
