    If you’re just wanting to build a lower body and no so much upper you could do a split like

    Legs – glute ham focused
    Rest
    Lower and Upper
    Rest
    Legs quad focused
    Rest

    And repeat that

    Hey Guys

    Rest day for me, Kuba asked for total rest as my sleep was horrendous last night.

    But to be expected at this point. 2 weeks out today how exciting

    Tried to stay as seated as possible without the usual taking dog on a walk and meal prepping etc

    See how we wake tomorrow

    Obviously it’s super low fat so you want to sub it for something with the same calories, cheese chicken, white fish, tbjp idk whey – if you use a fattier protein source like salmon which is nice at breakfast especially smoked you’ll need to adjust your fats for the day

    I ageee with Kuba if you struggle with adherence for now find a food plan you can stick to balancing a nice macro tracker offf plan so you don’t see food as the enemy or as something to lean on in emotional times

    It’ll allow you to find true peace with your relationship with food, focus on getting strong then you can start a diet

    Vacuuming is a great tool to help midsection control on stage if you compete, helps the waistline and as Kuba says helps to be findgul with engaging the core when training too

    Had 5 clients competing this weekend all but 1 with a top 2 placing, really proud of all of them
