Rest day for me, Kuba asked for total rest as my sleep was horrendous last night.
But to be expected at this point. 2 weeks out today how exciting
Tried to stay as seated as possible without the usual taking dog on a walk and meal prepping etc

I ageee with Kuba if you struggle with adherence for now find a food plan you can stick to balancing a nice macro tracker offf plan so you don’t see food as the enemy or as something to lean on in emotional times
It’ll allow you to find true peace with your relationship with food, focus on getting strong then you can start a diet
