A quality omega, creatine, glutamine, vitamin dk2, curcumin.
As Kuba says whey especially a great quality whey will be a great addition as just another variety of protein.
Then other things on top will be down to your needs as you go, think it’s vital even as naturals to stay on top of bloodwork to be proactive if things need to be implemented

Travel day to vegas,
Was an early one a 5:30am pick up but means we arrive earlyish vegas time.
Preparing for travel always is a bit stressful but got on the plan safe and sound
Just have to get all the bags and make our way to the airport BnB and then we will be all settled

Work .4 heavier from 600g carbs, Kuba still things I’m a little empty so he has ran with the same today.
A small back session today – so that we can do a full volume leg session before we leave for the O tomorrow

Another day with higher foods today, after yesterday my weight actually dropped which is the usual for myself and most peeps at the end of the prep drop fatigue and then start to fill up
Today trying to keep steps as low as possible too so just sat having my nails done xx

Again my problem is on cycle atm I’m always struggling with my overall libido and sex drive. In the gym and overall energy is decent, mood is hit and miss for me depending on how much food and sleep I’m on. But my overall sex drive and libido is always low never super high even with very high testosterone. My prolactin is in check I did have to bring this down but it is all good now! So my only other guess is estrogen is out or range but again how high is too high with estrogen??? I know if you lower estrogen too much your libido is non existent and if it’s too too high again this can lower sex drive? I know that estrogen is very important for male sex drive I have thought about just doing a small bit of test weekly into daily shots just like 150/200mg weekly. I do pin daily micro doses atm on cycle I’m just trying to massively increase my libido as it shouldn’t be this low on cycle?If you’re in a deep diet then yes libido will be impacted mostly by lower food, energy etc. stress can be a huge factor/ issue for sec drive too and poor sleep.
Oestrogen is definitely one thing that will affect you guys with dips in sec drive too may be worth running some bloods to see where levels are and then deciding what to do from there

Prep low today. 10 days out and Kuba has started backing me off a little
A nice 600g carb day and see where we land in the morning
Better to get fuller and be able to back off into show than the other way round 🙂
Steps will be as low as they can be with any stuff I have to do in the day

Rest day for me,
A day just getting some little bits packed for vegas so it’s not a bad rush at the weekend
Everything is pretty much in the case apart from food that will be done the day before
It’s weird being nearly 10 days out I’ve never not competed on an actual weekend day haha!

Big weight drop today so it’s my usual pull day, Kuba just wants not direct steps 🙂
Session was great. Managed to maintain all but one of my exercises so I’m really happy with that being 12 days out.
