    Hey All

    Today is 1 day out to the Olympia

    Kuba is happy with the look.

    Took it meal by meal with what I’m eating based on look and weight.

    Slight reduction in protein and still quite a bit of carbs

    I’m so excited for tomorrow xx

    I would switch the Ashwaganda out for TBJP UNWIND – when looking to maximise recovery as you say this for me is a superb product.

    Im presuming you have your peri workout Nutriton covered also as this for me is key when maximising recovery.

    should i still take magnesium or just remove it since its in unwind?[/quote]

    Last session today till the O and I trained with Rhe! Which was nice.

    Tonight we have our athletes meeting which I’m super excited to attend!

    Then tomorrow is 1 day out and meet the Olympians

    If you post up the sessions you’ve created we will be happy to break it down. But start simple if she’s a beginner – basic compound lifts, getting strong with them, she will progress and her body will change a lot

    Heh all

    Second day here in vegas and thankfully got a full nights sleep

    Another weight drop so Kuba has given me a little more food he has looked at me after a few meals and made me weigh myself too to check we’re heading in the right direction, it’s nice to have him here for this one 🙂 super excited for Friday

    Last push day of the Olympia prep, at powerhouse gym, so cool, got to pose a little for Iris and for Kuba.

    Sessions was :

    Lat pull over x 2
    Lat raise x 2
    Incline press x 2
    Shoulder press x 2
    Dips x 1
    Rear fly x 2
    Side lateral x 3
    Bi and tri super set x 2

    A quality omega, creatine, glutamine, vitamin dk2, curcumin.

    As Kuba says whey especially a great quality whey will be a great addition as just another variety of protein.

    Then other things on top will be down to your needs as you go, think it’s vital even as naturals to stay on top of bloodwork to be proactive if things need to be implemented

    Travel day to vegas,

    Was an early one a 5:30am pick up but means we arrive earlyish vegas time.

    Preparing for travel always is a bit stressful but got on the plan safe and sound

    Just have to get all the bags and make our way to the airport BnB and then we will be all settled

    Hey Guys

    Work .4 heavier from 600g carbs, Kuba still things I’m a little empty so he has ran with the same today.

    A small back session today – so that we can do a full volume leg session before we leave for the O tomorrow

    I’m excited for the last true leg session !!

    Science applies in all sports in different ways. Everything in life, You choose if focus on it or you don’t, you choose if you let it affect you negatively or don’t – you can complicate everything in life if you really think about it but most of us just get up and move

    Hope you’re good

    Another day with higher foods today, after yesterday my weight actually dropped which is the usual for myself and most peeps at the end of the prep drop fatigue and then start to fill up

    Today trying to keep steps as low as possible too so just sat having my nails done xx
