I’d just carry on with normal diet once stomach feels well enough to handle it – no need to feed up IMO

So today was the first time I’d filmed on my own without Kuba, I had Danni training with me in my workout which was cool so I hope you all like it. We did back, hams and glutes:
    Hipthrusts
    Low Row
    BB RDL
    Single leg curl
    Single leg press
    Belt squat RDL for volume
    Prime row
    Prime seated TBar

Session felt really good and strong and then I did some filming around more of an introduction into my life and past life away from bodybuilding.

Today my friend held her charity event – dog walk to raise money for luckys legacy which she volunteers for help abused and abandoned animals. We raised £500 on the day which is great!
Hope you’ve all day a lovely Saturday ❤️

I’ve got really bad tendinitis in my knee I’ve found using natural anti inflammatories like curcurmin and Boswellia serrata which you can get on supplement needs has helped me plus lots of stretching

I always use fry light even when at competition time – don’t generally cook with anything else

Down again.. 53.2kg on wake. Still plenty to do in order to bring that condition worthy of a stage, but I can see small daily changes happening.. I think (I hope!)

Pics of current situ below ????

No training today, so just cardio and steps and keeping busy with work.

Great leg session last night, we’ve pushed food up and it felt kinda nice when I was training just suffering from a sore lower back from bodypower..
    Session went as follows

    Glute activation
Prime Leg press feet shoulder width apart
Pendulum squat ( feet low on pad go down till hams touch calf’s stay in heels )
    Split squat DB
    Hip thrust banded reps
    here 8-12 both sets
    Single leg hyper extension
    Single leg lying leg curl
Glute kick back on Glute machine

    2 working sets set 1 6-8 set 2 8-12

    Hey,

I’ve suffered for this my whole life tried insoles, ultra sound, massages, podiatrists and nothing has ever helped.

I’ve found walking a lot and building up my calf’s has helped eliminate the pain. When I’m training wearing my vibrams has stopped all foot pain.

So today was the first day back in the gym since bodypower had a rest yesterday even though I was supposed to train as I was beat from all the walking…dropped 1.2 kilo even with a cheat and a doughnotts ????

So from today we’ve decided to push up again as mini cut has gone really well but ready to grow a little more again. Kuba wants me to do 2 cheats per week rather than increasing daily foods. One clean cheat post back hams and glutes e.g. homemade spaghetti bolognese, burger etc and then a whatever I want cheat after legs…all I ever really want is steak and chunky chips I don’t crave anything really as good is quite high. Just ready to feel even stronger and make more progress.

Today was back hams and glutes managed to work up to 130 for the first time on RDLs felt back May have taken over on the last few though.

Check in day before we drive off to Birmingham for the weekend at bodypower.
I’m down another .2kg this week so down 3kg in total since the start of my mini cut – feeling good when I train still and happy with progress just know I need a lot more muscle before I’d be anything to look at on a pro figure stage ????????
