Yes I’d put cardio in on a rest day – better to stay active on those days.

I like to attack one at a time – feel I get more feel for the movement rather than it getting confusing

Great session today – strength is increasing massively & so is recovery since adding in the 10mg of var (not sure how much of that is placebo though)

Will increase numbers next week as I’ve managed to push up on reps the last few sessions with great form.

We’ve added in a lot more uni lateral work again on legs as from my check in Kuba can see my imbalance on my legs again which is disappointing as we’ve worked hard to correct this post injury last year but back to the drawing board with that again – I’ll add my photo below so you can see what we mean

Weight was 51.6kg this morning, so another little drop. Still apprehensive as to whether I’ll be ready, but we’re doing everything we can, so we’ll see. I’m so used to being in condition a lot further out, so the mental games are getting to me!

Legs today and Jordan lowered my volume again slightly for this workout. Hack squat felt super heavy today, but everything else went really well.

    Lying hamstring curl – 1 set of 8-10, 1 set 12-15

    Hack squat – 2 sets of 8-10

    Leg Press – 1 set of 20

    Leg extension – 1 set of 12-15

Dual hyper – 1 bodyweight set

Abductor – 1 rest pause set

Adductor – 1 rest pause set

Leg raises for abs – 2 bodyweight sets of 20

    Toe press – 3 sets of 10-12

So today I’m back to my usual split after having to swap some sessions last week – so it’s back, hams & glutes day with my friend Danni ???? think it’s so important to have supportive friends in and out of the industry just to have that real mix bag of networking.
Danni was the first girl I made friends with and is now one of my closest friends, have supported each other with every prep plus been there for each other when we both went through some awful personal times couldn’t be more thankful for her.

So today’s session will be –
Hip Thrusts (will do some single leg to warm up)
Low Row on the machine – May do this single arm too.
RDLs with the belt squat today
    Single leg leg press
    Single leg curl
    DB Split squat
    Tbar row
    Prime row machine

I will do a few warm up/feeder sets on all exercises and then do the usual
    Set 1 – 8-10
    Set 2 – 12-15

Have a good bank holiday Monday everyone ❤️

I find lower carbs just sits on my stomach a little better on rest days – maybe test the lower carb to start as many seem to side by it but then change it up and see if something else works better for you recovery/appetite wise

So had a great Glute & Ham session at the new Ultra in York. Session was the usual
    Hip Thrusts
    Low Row
    RDL
    Single leg press
    Single leg lying leg curl
Tried the new belt squat by Atlantis absolutely loved it felt nice on knee too!
Then I did 2 back exercises pull up and tbar Row
All sets were set 1 8-10 and 2nd set 12-15 with some warm ups to get my feel for the first set – feel this set up had really helped with good recovery and growth during my offseason
Enjoyed the spa day – another rest day with some plans with friends for bank holiday then training again on Monday ????????

Check in day & rest day – don’t feel too happy with pics but it’s always hard to see progress each week in offseason so that’s probably why getting close to competition is more rewarding mentally for me as you can see the changes each week. Anyway keeping diet the same again no charges needed right now.

So today was rest day, I walked the dogs in the AM and did an extra 10 mins on the bike.
I then had work had 2 meetings and then an internal meeting with my manager who’s happy with my performance I’m just looking to see what I like the look of in the corporate world at the moment and business development is quite high on the agenda at the moment and I love going out trying to win new clients – it’s like making friends for a living and I love to chat so I can get it all out at work ????

I’ve then been on a walk with my dad and the dogs this evening which was lovely. I love spending time with my family they are the most amazing people on earth ❤️

So today was leg day…felt super motivated after watching the Nabba north east yesterday. And felt super strong too – we’ve added in 10mg of anavar in this last growing phase so see where we get.

    Session went as follows –

    Leg press (hammer)
    Pendulum
    DB Split squat
    Hip Thrusts
    Low weight stiffs
    Single leg reverse hypers

    Abs
    Calves
    Posing

Hope you’ve all had a good start to the week. I started the work with finishing all admin that’s been piling up the last few weeks – got a busy day full of meetings tomorrow and it’s rest day so will be doing a super long walk with the dogs on top of the usual walking we do together ????

I’d just carry on with normal diet once stomach feels well enough to handle it – no need to feed up IMO

So today was the first time I’d filmed on my own without Kuba, I had Danni training with me in my workout which was cool so I hope you all like it. We did back, hams and glutes:
    Hipthrusts
    Low Row
    BB RDL
    Single leg curl
    Single leg press
    Belt squat RDL for volume
    Prime row
    Prime seated TBar

Session felt really good and strong and then I did some filming around more of an introduction into my life and past life away from bodybuilding.

Today my friend held her charity event – dog walk to raise money for luckys legacy which she volunteers for help abused and abandoned animals. We raised £500 on the day which is great!
Hope you’ve all day a lovely Saturday ❤️
