So today was rest day & check in day – body comp is still good for how many extra meals Kuba is pushing me with at the moment – he said body comp is good I think I look a bit bloaty. Feeling great when I’m training still so need to keep on doing the same ????????

I’d rest up and eat as normal – pushing will not make you better will make you worse.

Great day – got all work sorted and chilled before I trained.
Trained legs – was a sweaty one – with lots of single leg work as I said we need to refocused in balancing out my legs again as one seems to be slightly bigger. Session went as follows –
Single leg press (Atlantis) Glute & Ham dominant
Pendulum Squat
Single leg press (Watson) quad dominant with a 2 sec pause at the bottom
Hip thrusts
Single leg reverse hypers
Single leg curl standingSame sets as usual – happy with weights on lifts feeling good and strong ????????

So today is rest day – got 3 client meetings all across Yorkshire, works going really well at the moment but ever get bored of doing someone else’s work all the time ???? but grafting will only help progress happen quicker
I’m off to watch spice girls tonight with my friends because she gave me a ticket so excited for a night with her.
Then chill ready for work & legs tomorrow

Had a brilliant day today – 2 client meetings finished by 12pm as they were close to home for once & all admin done on the go with some extra client calls. I’m covering 2 areas at the moment due to a colleague being off so lots of work through my phone and emails.
Session was great did upper with one of my friends , I don’t usually like training with people but enjoyed it over the last couple months. Session was:
– DB incline bench
– DB shoulder press
– Single arm side lat machine raise
– Rear felt fly
– Flat bench side lat on cables
– DB front raise
– Tricep push machine
– EZ Bicep curl
Set 1 – 8-10
Set 2- 12-15I also had my consultation for my op today I’m having my boobs re-done due to capsularising at the end of June will only be out a couple weeks so shouldn’t make any difference to comp goals but I’ll document my progress on here through recovery
