Maybe add in some morning cardio if you’ve stopped that altogether and drop some cals for now don’t want to get too heavy to quickly want to gradually increase not push up too quick and struggle to the maintain throughout offseason

I always have some EAAs and Carbs during my workout will always help recovery. BCAAs don’t really do anything beneficial – I’m currently having the MPS max and Sustain and get no bloat or stomach issues like I have done with other intra workouts

Feeling much better today still a really heavy head and stuffy nose but much better than yesterday after a mosterous sleep.
It’s rest day from the gym but got in 2 big dog walks which helped clear my head – work was great today two meetings and all admin done for the day before 4 so that’s great. Got an evening of food prep, work prep for a big meeting tomorrow and them a pull session – be good to get back in the gym again!

So today has been a WRITE OFF – had a really strange turn in the night warm but cold really high HR and super dizzy. Feel really fluy and not got any better throughout the day which is poop but hoping a good night sleep will help me massively. Hate feeling poorly but resting today and tomorrow and hope to feel back to myself fully by Thursday

Me and Kuba combined spend like £200 a week on food
Sounds about right I’m about 130-150 at moment. I can only find Lidl that sells lean turkey mince though, we’re do u and kuba get urs as I know that’s in his diet??[/quote]
So I just get the turkey breast fillets from Asda and then we have a mincer machine so we mince it ourselves ☺️☺️

Like Claire said you could swap it so you go pro/fat at the end of training and have the last couple meals as carbs on rest days. But if your rebounding right you’ll feel hungry for a good couple months if not more post show – dig deep you’ll be wishing you we’re hungry when foods high

Look at recovery and meal timings make sure your giving yourself best chance of a good sessionMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Rest day today – went for a walk with the puppies this morning before I set off for work. I’ve got a super busy week with work client meetings due to a colleague being off so need to get on top of that plus the admin work too
I’m going to go for a walk later, chill and cook ready for training tomorrow

I’d just always go off raw weight – consistent that way

Reduce food get appetite back up and then push again – that’s what I had to do this offseason and worked a treat. Maybe a deload might be in order also as body may just need a break
