Today is rest day – had my online client come in to do a 1-2-1 session which was great – I’ve only recently started to offer my help as a coach I can only have a few clients due to working full time but it’s nice to give back the knowledge I’ve gained with bodybuilding and diving to others, I really enjoy helping people with big transformations feels really rewarding helping them achieve there goals. I then had some posing clients in and then took the pups on a big walk and we’re all knackered now haha!
Evening will be made up of a bath, prepping food for tomorrow and Monday and going out for Tea with Kuba I think ☺️ hope you’ve all day a lonely Saturday ????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

hi meg , after your first run of anavar at 10mg would you agree with the universal notion it shud be the first aas of choice for the female first time user , as in very little unwanted side effects ? may I ask how many days it took for libido to increase if I’m not being rude
Hey ☺️ I think anavar is the better option for women like you say little to no side effects other than helping growth and fullness. Again I don’t believe females especially in bikini/figure to some extent should do more than that if anything at all especially in bikini. And I haven’t seen much change in my libido to be honest ☺️☺️ hope that helps

No point in changing your training especially as soon as prep starts – start to manipulate or change as you get closer to show depending on recovery.
My Split means I train 2 days, rest, train one day, rest and repeat 🙂

Nope I keep it in even in peak week I kept one a day. Aslong as your not having excessive amounts I don’t see the issue

Yesterday was rest day – had an early start with work because of a meeting in Leeds. Great outcome came from my business development meeting with a potential client this week so my boss is happy.
Was my dads birthday so me and Kuba went to see him & I took the dogs on a walk

As long as it’s a small amount with each meal there is no harm – maybe try season chicken and cook it so it’s super tender and not dry you’ll find you won’t need so much extra sauce ????

Haha ???? try making your herbs seasoning into a paste with hot water before you put it on your chicken to marinate (leave it as a fillet/breast don’t chop it small). Then cook it in air fryer on 180 for 14 mins, oven on 180 for 18 mins or on a griddle pan on a medium heat till it’s just cooked through and if it’s still dry then I blame the chef ????????????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO
