I’d not really go for a curry when in a deficit just because heavy with fat content. I’d just go with a simple burger and chips but I edge more towards a refeed when it’s truly needed when in a deficit

I’d keep cardio separate to your training so maybe get up slightly earlier and hit it then.
Yes being in a deficit will naturally help you come down – & you will know what’s best for your body but you need to fuel your body to be optimal in the gym so if you’re active in your job carbs throughout the day as well as pre and post would probably be better. But again without knowing more details it’s really hard to properly comment ????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

First priority would be to get a job to be able to fund the costs of bodybuilding stress of no money will be detrimental to your physique – the gym will always be there go get a job build up your money and then smash it again ????

Great day training – hit legs again today beat my numbers from last time will push weight up on pendulum next time and leg press too – depth and control on exercises is so good right now too.
– Leg Press (banded)
– Pendulum
– Hack Split squat
– Hip thrusts (banded)
– Reverse Hypers
– Single Leg curl
– Belt Squat stiffsSet 1 8-10
Set 2 12-15Can’t stress importance of consistency enough I haven’t really changed my training all offseason and I’ve made the most progress I ever have! Too many people want a quick fix or changes to keep things “exciting” this won’t get you the results you want

Yesterday was upper body day – still not using as much weight just trying to ease my body back into it to help recovery.
Session went as follows:
– Incline machine press
– Smith shoulder press
– single arm side lat machine
– seated side lay machine
– rear felt fly machine
– cable front raise (with rope)
– ez bar curl
– cable rope push1-2 x warm up sets
Set 1 – 8-10
Set 2 – 10-12Today was rest day – worked, are, dog walked and chilled!

Lat pull
Tbar rowOne warm up and set 1 8-10 and set 2 10-12
Works been good today however had a shuffle around with jobs so my roles slightly changed and got a little more responsibility so will see how it all goes!

Thank you everyone that has had an input. The last thing I wanted to do was disrespect or undermine my coach I am just new to the process and not quite sure how I should look 6 weeks out. He’s confident and seems to have worked till now so I will put my faith in him 100%
That’s the best way to be leave the thinking to him you just do what is asked – looking great for 6 weeks out!

I don’t think you need to refeed at this point – refeed only when body really needs it not when you feel like you need it. Again like the boys said go with what your coach is saying.

Had a wonderful day – this morning we kicked off with a posing seminar over in Doncaster with Men’s BB, bikini and figure being covered had great feedback and looking forward to having some more lovely ladies come in the need few weeks as we come close to come big competitions. Then went over to the gym for leg day – first real leg session I’ve had since before my op and I felt STRONG hitting weight with added reps than pre op so I’m BUZZING. Session was as follows:
Glute activation + leg extension/curls and some stretching
Hack Squat
Pendulum
Hack split squat
Hip thrusts (Glute band)
Single leg reverse hypers
Single leg curl
Stiff legs 15 x 3All sets were 1-2 warm ups , set 1 8-10 and set 2 10-12
Then and evening full of Polish good with the in laws, prepping for tomorrow and chilling out ???? hope you’ve all had a great weekend
