    I think the upper/lower then full body/lagging body parts sounds the most suitable for her. She really likes the sound of that also.

    Might be a silly question but regarding sets/reps should the format deviate from the 2 working sets (load/back off set)with it being for a female? Or would she be better working in a higher rep range and with slightly more volume?

    Not at all me and all my female clients stick to this – find you can give more to the sets do a couple warm ups and then the 2 working sets with the last one as a back off think she’ll love it let us know how she gets on! [/quote]

    Yeah I agree with the above get some more calories in on leg days I wouldn’t change your split as doing too much volume can also have the adverse effect also

    I agree with Haider if you feel like something isn’t right avoid those exercises. Maybe go and get it treated and look at before continuing on

    So today was my birthday felt so special with all the lovely messages I received best thing was spending the morning with Kuba we both have super busy lives with work and dogs etc so was nice to spend some quality time we need to make more time to do it!

    Anyway I’m in Berlin to yannoe do cultural stuff ????????

    Great day today – did my lower session again that I will attach below. I’m loving the new hack split squats if you have one the machines try it it’s an absolute killer. I have posted the video on my Instagram so you can see
    I’ve been to see some family and friends tonight as it’s my birthday tomorrow the big 25 ???? and I am off to Berlin excited to go back ❤️ if anyone has been please let me know if there’s anything you’d recommend seeing or doing – and any good food places ????

    I have to wear something baggy to start with and something a little more airy for the latter part of my session as if I get too warm I feel my session isn’t as good

    Another rest day today which consisted of walking with the dogs, seeing my parents & grandparents plus had my hair blow dried & lashes fixed ready for my little trip away to Berlin this week. Can’t wait!

    Yes I try to get an extra rep for progress then when I feel the weight could be upped I then progress using the weight and reapeat

    Evening All ❤️

    Had a great day – got up nice and early and took the pups on a walk and then went to the hospital for my post op they are super happy with how I’ve healed so quickly & have minimal bruising so that’s great said I can do some light weight exercise (so going to do my version of lightweight exercise as obviously that’s different to a “normal” person)

    So in the afternoon I went to the gym and did session attached – still staying off upper for a while but felt good to get my legs moving going to do a one on one off for lower and focus on lots of single leg work for now till I can go back to my failure sessions. I did the single leg hack variation that is on Kuba and Jinny’s leg video which was posted today and it is a killer!

    Then I spent the evening with my lovely friend her 3 dogs and my 2 which was amazing.

    Really struggled with appetite today well for the last week but felt more hungry tonight so loaded up my meal to make up for the lack during the day.

    Tomorrow is a rest day I’m getting my lashes done, my hair blow dried (felt like treating myself seen as it’s my birthday on Thursday ????) and dog walking plus going to see my grandparents ????

    I’ve personally seen more progress with my physique doing a PPL
    however it’s very much down the person

    Hi,
    I have a lifestyle client currently who can only commit to 3 training days in the gym due to having a small baby too.
    She trains Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
    We’ve programmed:
    upper
    lower
    hams & glutes session with some top up work on lagging body parts.
    She enjoys it more than full body as it’s more lower specific & most females want that to grow rather than the upper body. It’s really been good progress wise in her physique
    I make sure she stays active every other day with dog walks/pranks walks too.
