Hi All ????
Has a lovely day today work all finished by 2:30 but had a super early start with it (6am for the first meeting ????????) then I walked the dogs trained and then saw my brother and his wife (there having a baby ???????? so strange to think there’s a little person in there or am I the only one which gets a bit freaked out by that ????)
Training I did upper for the first time since my op took it super steady but feel SO good for it

I agree with Clare – I wouldn’t over think it just make sure meals have a decent amount of time between to help digestion and to ensure you get meals in for a good amount of sleep at night

I agree with the others above – see if it works for you – personally I’d rather train when I’ve eaten so that I can focus better

Evening All ???? so today was work day and rest day from the gym.
I walked the dogs in the AM and PM, had 2 client meetings, did all admin work, prepared for my important meeting/presentation tomorrow AM, prepped my food for tomorrow, ate, chilled and now currently watching hunger games – excited to get back in the gym tomorrow ❤️

I also opt for lesser carbs on non training days and more on training days – keeps appetite good for training days for me personally

So another day is done! I worked this morning at a meeting with a client & then finished off all my admin I had pending from whilst I’ve been off so feel like a weights lifted from my shoulders now that is done.
I then trained – I did my single leg workout that I’ve been doing since my op that’s posted above ^^ from my last training day on Sunday. I feel good going to start doing my normal lower body workout but still stay off my upper just to make sure we are fully recovered.
This evening I made my food for tomorrow and my burger for tonight and just chilled out ready for rest day tomorrow! ✌????

Hi All!
Had a super lovely day (NOT) haha well it wasn’t so bad for a first day back at work after a whole 2 weeks away but it’s all done lots of admin still to catch up on after my meeting it the morning so that’s what I’ll do before I train
Did some life bits & good shopping before coming home to get ready for a training day tomorrow and took the poochies on there second big walk

So today I travelled back from berlin flight was easy and back home by 12:30 had my pre and then went to the gym for some lower body – still doing lighter session until my upper body feels 100% after my op…session is posted below ????
Tonight I’m going to chill and get ready to go back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks off ???? hope you all have a lovely Sunday!

A lovely last day in Berlin –
We rode bike along the river, went to the lakes – one of them is just for dogs no humans are allowed in so many pups swimming about I love dogs just a little bit so made my heart happy haha ???? then we hired some more bicycles went for Thai food and then to the outdoor swimming pool – had a trance DJ playing which was insane and then we came back to the hotel to pack and go for dinner as were up early for our flight tomorrow ❤️ excited to get back in the gym!

Are you driving enough water? Going to the toilet as little as that during the week isn’t a great sign, I find coffee like a strong espresso helps me go

Check in day today – not sure on weight as I’m away so will have to see that from next week.
Had a brilliant first day in Berlin – went to see the wall, hired cycles, had German Sausage, went to a famous burger restaurant, went to an outdoor swimming pool and just chilled it’s been lovely. We’re going to go into one of the forests tomorrow to hike so excited for that too ????
