Great leg session today – felt so strong was surprised as I was super tired and warm from work (boohoo I know ????)
Session went as follows
Hack Squat (+ Glute band)
Pendulum
Single leg press
Single leg lying curl
Hip thrusts (+ Glute band)
Reverse hypers single leg
Belt squat stiff legs1 – 2 x warm up
Set 1 6-9
Set 2 10 -12Got a long old journey tomorrow with work over to sunny Bridlington to see a client and then have my managers leaving do so busy busy – all food I’ve prepped and chilling now ready for bed ????

Hey – I know I’m a girl haha but see Kuba in his little pants every check in so good a pretty good idea.
Material I don’t think it matters too much go with whichever you prefer. IMO velvet on trunks always looks the best on stage.
I’d always go for a pro cut with scrunch to show enough of the glutes and colour I’d always go for a darker so black, purple, red etc just so you don’t get any tan stains which can look a little bit iffy ???? ????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Happy Monday all!
Started the day with a walk with the pups before heading to work for a bit of a long one with travelling between clients. Then headed to the gym for my upper session which I’ve took a photo of below – added in some weight on my incline press since my op and feeling so good.
Body comp is in a really good place at the moment – the secret to staying fairly lean during offseaon? Buying 2 dogs ????

But I know some people it really works for.

Had a really good back ham & glute session this lovely Sunday same plan as usual which I’ve attached on a photo.
Had a posing client in prior & then went to see my parents this evening which was so nice.
Current update on “sups” – so I’ve been on a course of anavar (10mg per day) for the last 9 weeks helped with recovery and also maintenance whilst I was off from my op. Last week this week and then off a again for a few months. Thinking of dropping food slightly too – maybe go into a mini cut we shall see. The urge to get on stage is massive right now seeing everyone do so well. But I know I need to improve ALOT before that time comes

I’d not really go for a curry when in a deficit just because heavy with fat content. I’d just go with a simple burger and chips but I edge more towards a refeed when it’s truly needed when in a deficit

I’d keep cardio separate to your training so maybe get up slightly earlier and hit it then.
Yes being in a deficit will naturally help you come down – & you will know what’s best for your body but you need to fuel your body to be optimal in the gym so if you’re active in your job carbs throughout the day as well as pre and post would probably be better. But again without knowing more details it’s really hard to properly comment ????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

First priority would be to get a job to be able to fund the costs of bodybuilding stress of no money will be detrimental to your physique – the gym will always be there go get a job build up your money and then smash it again ????

Great day training – hit legs again today beat my numbers from last time will push weight up on pendulum next time and leg press too – depth and control on exercises is so good right now too.
– Leg Press (banded)
– Pendulum
– Hack Split squat
– Hip thrusts (banded)
– Reverse Hypers
– Single Leg curl
– Belt Squat stiffsSet 1 8-10
Set 2 12-15Can’t stress importance of consistency enough I haven’t really changed my training all offseason and I’ve made the most progress I ever have! Too many people want a quick fix or changes to keep things “exciting” this won’t get you the results you want
