Great day – work done and dusted by 3pm all admin caught up on and both meetings sorted feeling on top of all that now which is great!!
New pull day done I will take a pic of log tomorrow as I forgot today oooops.
Check in tomorrow hoping I have gone up in weight this week!!

Rest day today
Spent the day doing some work from home, did a full house clean, got some new carpets fitted and then had to clean all over again ???????? they make SO much mess!
Feeling a little under the weather today – hoping that I feel better tomorrow for Pull ????

Oats give more volume IMO if you add lots of water and bring to boil in microwave.
Baby rice is easier to digest and I feel hungrier sooner

Try whey isolate – less lactose less chance of feeling sick or bloated. To be honest sometimes I just really go off whey and it has the same effect on me not due to an intolerance but due to be not enjoying it

Busy day with work today – lots more work on at the min ???????? but busy meg means I don’t over think anything ????
Good session beat weight or added extra reps on main lifts – did some BB hip thrusts which felt good nice to switch up from machine thrusts

I’m fully with everyone here – clean up diet, get a structured routine with work, sleep, training etc and then reevaluate.

Rest day today
Had a busy one with work today – with a few important internal meetings this AM and then an external one in the afternoon. My work phone has broken till I get my new one tomorrow so actually switched off after work and didn’t carry on checking emails etc in the evening which honest was really good for my mind!
Ready for leg day and new split tomorrow ????????
