Maybe prep some meals the night before – chicken wraps etc could be good and easy and quick to eat

Hi, I change up an exercise when progress starts to stall.

In terms of full rotation change I’ve just had mine changed after 14 months of the same – as extra tissue in certain areas needs to be added

    Sat 7th sept check in.
Fasted weight this morning 256lbs which we are very happy with. Weight has gone up and condition still relatively tight. Goal was 255-260 but looking at condition now we have shifted that to 270.
Only changes made last week were an extra 2iu Gh pre workout so now on total of 6iu per day.

Looking like you’re growing well Darren. Hope you and Bex are both well – sending love to Dubai!!

I think the point of the videos is to almost be like a coaching to get an understanding of how the guys train with the to dos and what not to dos just so people don’t make the same mistakes as we have. See them as a learning tool as opposed to a training video

Thing is when it comes to bodybuilding it’s not a race to get the biggest because if you push food too high too fast you’ll just get fat. Increasing food gradually and keeping body comp under control is so important for growing good quality tissue. It’s just about eating the right amount for you

I agree above with Clare on the supps. Having a good quality intra like the MPS and Sustain from the JP range is food to have too helps so much with recovery post session if you’re fuelling within

All work is done for the week yay! Feeling in top of everything now after holiday which is good!!

Just fished my push session which I’ll post below along with my pull session from yesterday. Managed to increase weight on DB shoulder press and then done some movements I’ve never done before and felt strong in them so all is good.

Tonight we have James staying with us before Kubas, James and Jamie’s seminar over the next couple of days.

I’ve got s rest day tomorrow so that will be spent dog walking, seeing a friend and seeing my new NIECE ???? as my brothers wife has just had a baby girl

You’ll have to give some more details for us to give you some guidance buddy

I weigh 85kg, on my feet all day at work heavy lifting, on average I do at least 10,000 steps a day at work. I play football twice a week at a decent standard. I train at tea time so have my pro carb meals around workout window. I have been doing 20 minutes incline walk after workout every day. [/quote]
It depends on your end goal with you being busy it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t add in cardio as with you being super active with work is the norm to your body. Why not add in fasted walking instead of post workout and see how your body responds – then adjust with food and activity when weight starts to stall. With my clients I start with increasing output rather than removing foods then we look at small reductions away from training

Check in day – still sat at 57.4kg so same as last week but feel like I look a little fuller ???? no changes to diet – just extra sustain when I train now.

Enjoying new plan excited to see what will come of this phase of offseason. Still no PEDs will keep on pushing up without body seems to be responding well to food and training so will keep on as we are for now

hey meg ! just wanna know do you have the new split ? if yes what it look like ?

your off season is just crazy , kuba’s coaching me and i was telling the other day mate your girlfriend eat more then me ???? nice to see you both nailed your offseason ! great job

    Hey Lucas,

Yes new split started with legs on Tuesday. It’s still a push, pull, legs but much more back focused on the pull day now rather than lower so hoping to see upper improve now aswell as lower.

I’ll add my workouts each day onto my log ????

Haha you’ll have food as much as me soon took us some time to get mine up with body comp still at a good level. I hope your training and everything is going well for you also!!
