Evening All!
Rest day today – started the day with a dog walk , then I took my car to the garage and it’s super broken so it’s gotta stay there overnight so I’m having to work remotely from home for the next couple days so all my face to face meetings have become phone meetings not ideal but means I can just get them all done.

Last time I was off I didn’t see a massive drop in strength at all, but then again I’m not really that strong yet.
Only difference I notice when i come off is I’m just not as full that’s it, I manage to keep my lifts up so it works well, sometimes to me I think it’s more of a mental thing rather than physical like getting weaker in prep. How do you find it affects you?

The last deload I did I reduced sets going from 3-4 to 2-3 and reduced load down to 60% kept activity away from the gym the same as I’m quite active at work/home + cardio

how close to a diet structure will you stick too in ibiza or will u just eat as an when an whatever you feel and fully enjoy the break?
If I was in prep or peak off offseason and on a blast I would stick to it 100% I’m taking this holiday as an opportunity to relax and fully enjoy the break before my next long push! So I will he celebrating 2 birthdays mine and Megan’s ( this years and last years as I was on prep ) both of us earning our pro cards and just both enjoy our time anyway all in one as since the begging of last year we haven’t really done anything but eat train shit sleep ???? it’s time for a night of celebrations in dc10 I think @megansylvester to make up for 2 of our birthdays Christmas Easter bank holidays in one!
Food wise il be indulging in plenty of sushi paella and il be doing a couple of shakes per day too so il stick to a good enough structure!
I will do one days full day fasting too!

Another busy day today – hope you’re all having a lovely week.
Started the day up in North Yorkshire then Leeds for some client meetings all went well then I went back home to finish all admin and take the dogs walking
Then I had a posing client, trained my upper which I will add my session as a photo below – upper strength is fully back now post operation so happy bunny even added some weight on when doing my lying lat raises on the cable!
Then finished the day off with another posing client a walk with the dogs and chills ❤️Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Rest Day today.. Just finished PT work and about to go to the Dentist to have a tooth out! I’m having some braces fitted soon as my lower teeth are slightly overcrowding and pushing this tooth out of line. I’ve wanted to have it sorted for a while and got the go ahead from my hubby who has paid for the aesthetic treatment for me as an anniversary gift last month. Excited (Not the tooth out bit), but not relishing in the thought of walking around looking like a guest from Jeremy Kyle for a while until the gap closes..buy hey! Apologies for any spitting or dribbling in any new videos over the coming weeks.
(I figure you lot appreciate me sharing more than just training and diet info on here?? I think it’s always good to see different aspects of people’s lives and the fact that we all have to deal with life and personal stuff, no matter who we are).____________________________

Last time we came off for 3 months I would expect it will be a similar duration this time too
We’ve made no changes at the moment with food or training we just need to keep a close eye on recovery so we will play it by how my body responds.
Would you change anything straight away or see how body responds?

Another super busy day walked the dogs this morning, went up to North Yorkshire for a meeting with a client that sent super well (works going so well right now!) was hen cake back sorted admin work and then trained back, hams & glutes got a super connection again which is great I might actually have an ass on stage next year (my session is below still waiting on my log book being delivered)
If anyone has any tips on good Glute activation they use please do let a girl know I’m here to help others but also would love any input too!

Around 60-90 is fine I always try and fit it within this window as I couldn’t stomach anything straight after anyway.
Like everyone else has said maybe get some EAAS, Pepto pro or mps max for intra to aid recovery a little more than BCAAsMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Had a super busy weekend and 2 days completely off the gym.
Had an amazing day at my friends wedding on Saturday, then went to an old diving friends 30th in the evening which was lovely as I’ve not seen EVERYONE for years. Then I spent today packing and moving now ready for a full week of appointments at work!

Looking awesome for your transition and really excited to see what Kuba brings soon! Question if I may… the cream of rice… is it as satisfying as oats? I want something that will keep me fuller longer if possible as on prep – but presuming the baby rice and COR will actual digest even quicker and better and leave me hungrier?

COR – I have it more in offseason because it digests easier than oats for me and I tend to go for oats in prep like you day to try keep me a little fuller but I know lots of people who just have the COR all year…maybe try both and see?

yeah I didnt think you were smashing McDonalds! and doing national finals for ukup in October and then fitness Physiques national finals which isn’t a good standard at all but it was about dipping my toes in this year then have a year or two away to make the jump in size I know I need to make! all physique even though my legs are proper dominant! but doing classic qualifier in the morning of the fitness Physiques show and then finals as a physique guy Haha!
