Hi All –
Great Sunday – prepped food, got ready for the week ahead with work, saw my Niece and then chilled for the evening.
Had a good pull session beat my numbers and weights on some exercises just feel like my physique isn’t getter no any better .
I’ve updated my food today as were doing a mini cut to get appetite back

Rest day today –
Spent it dog walking and having physio.
We’re going to lower my food for a little bit as getting it down is a struggle, just waiting on amendments and then I’ll post update on the log ????

I’ve had friends who have mixed tanning brands and it’s gone green I wouldn’t do if I was you just stick to the same – imo I love the protan & liquid sun rayz

Check in day – appetite is so low right now feel like I’m force feeding a little bit still getting it all in just a real struggle and feeling a bit gaggy when I think about eating it – I’d say I shouldn’t complain as when I prep I’ll miss it but I enjoy prep too so yeah ????????♀️ anyway…sitting at 57.7 so even though foods high weight won’t really budge and I think I just look softer and worse haha can you tell I’m not happy with my check in ????

Today’s been another busy one work and admin all done by 3 and then had to do some house things before training

I like them – I have it with my breakfast like a full English just a healthy version – we use it as a source of protein alongside eggs and per 2 slices its 12gish of proteinMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Evening All!
Had a busy day of work today – couple of meetings with clients this morning over in Bradford and then back home to do some calls and admin work for the meetings I’d had in the AM.
The it was onto Pull day – which went really well! Apart from RDL felt super heavy today but I’ve switched to snatch grip so need to work my strength up on that movement rather than just the standard RDL – I have attached session below
