    So today was a work from home day as I had the new sofas delivered woohoo! Feels like a proper home now. Then I did some admin and some calls.

    In the afternoon I trained push some good numbers on exercises which are still slightly new since switching up my training. I’ve added session below for you

    Like Clare said it’s just about maintaining can still have a decent session even in peak week.

    Great day!!

    Two meetings complete by 2pm and admin done for the day also!
    Works going so well at the moment I’m buzzing. Also planned on some evening and day things with my friends I need to not be such a social recluse LOL

    Lovely pull session with my friend Leah – felt so strong – need to up my weight on a few exercises as reps were a little easy and going past the 8-10 range on heavy set but that’s for next session. Still struggling with appetite massively but getting it in.

    Rest day….
    Felt a little poop after a bad nights sleep but got all my admin completed, dogs walked, food prepped, house cleaned and saw one of closets friends family as she’s away on her cruise so that was a lovely end to the day!!

    So my AM appointment cancelled this morning due to there child being ill so did some admin work and food prepped this morning before my afternoon appointment- which went great it was a prospect client and I had to go and show them how our online platform works and was a success I believe

    Then it was leg day which was great – beat number on smith squat which is exciting!!

    Like Ryan suggest it’s could be a hernia or just a fatty lump?
    I’d go get it checked to be certain. You will not loose your gains in one week just adjust diet to be like rest day foods whilst recovering then go back into your reverse phase once back training

    Pics would be great – even if you’ve beat previous conditioning does that mean you could still be leaner? If so keep pushing and add in refeed days where needed

    So I couldn’t log in yesterday ???? but had a good start to the week with all meetings smashed out and admin work done.

    Push day was good managed to beat numbers on previous week – going to try add some more weight to my shoulder press next week as first set felt as though I could have
