Okay so “supps”, up until last year I was natural so was my first time taking anything then.
This year I have done 10 weeks on 10mg of anavar per day, this is my last week on and then I will come off until I start prep later in the year.
Personally I’d never want to take any more than I have. But I will keep an update on “supps” on here throughout my off season and prep ???? If someone is at the start of there bodybuilding journey it’s not necessary to jump straight on utilise everything first, as I’ve said before above I’ve been an athlete for a long time so felt the time was right, hope that helpsI love this quote and I couldn’t agree any more on this.
I always tell people to get as far as they possibly can naturally first and then take it up a notch if they still feel so.
And 100% agreed on the dosing mindset as well.
If you start right from the top end where the hell do you go from there once you’ve plateaued?
If you don’t mind I have you another question.
What I would like to hear more about is the time after coming off?
As far as I know there are no particular PCT protocols so I assume you just stop cold turkey?
How did you feel physically and emotionally after you stopped and also did you make any adjustments as far as diet and training goes?
Thanks in advance Meg and have a great day!

When I come off nothing changes, in my mind it’s no different to when I’m on or off objective is the same so the intensity remains the same.
There is no pct and with the amount we run there is no need to do so.
Mentally 0 difference physically I ache a little more but that’s it I still push as hard it’s no issue for me at all. Kuba makes adjustments depending on my recovery and performance, he manages it well so I still keep progressing after.

It’s hard to give advice without seeing photos could you get some for us?
Bikini you should be conditioned but not stringy and should be full, feminine and healthy looking.
Sounds like a common case of bikini over dieting but not really seeing much changes due to being worn out. Such a shame she wants to quit I really hope she doesn’t!

As others have said having the large meal the night before will be sitting HEAVY on your stomach.
Why don’t you prep for a few days and make sure your eating regularly through the day rather than waiting till late night to get calories in?
If you do majority of your work in the evening you could prep food in the AM also? Maybe get moving in the morning before your food too may increase appetiteMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

A shake would do the trick or the yog is a good idea like Clare mentioned if you don’t fancy egg whites

Won’t affect fat loss in a negatively more – however I always do my cardio in the AM in offseaon and prep just so I have time to fuel for sessions and recover better
