    Good ish day today.

    Work went well drove lots of miles today as I’m off tomorrow so had to squeeze someone in last minute but all is sorted before the weekend.

    I then trained legs got some BIG PBs tonight so I’m happy about that.

    There is no specific way to target one area to get lean. Just bring in a deficit will help shift body fat.

    Probably a good idea to have someone look at it when I get tight in my hips I get pain in my back and glutes when pulling

    Great day yesterday

    Couple or really positive meetings at work, then did some revision for my credit exam on Monday ???? my main boss wants to talk to me about a new role coming up which he wants me to go for based around business development which is like my dream job so that’s really exciting for me!!

    Upper/Push session was great with my friend Danni – I can’t wait till we prep together next year, literally my favourite person to train with, just my working hours make it hard to get together often.

    Hi All!

    Great day – started off with some early meetings – had to see a couple of clients today off the back of fraud so not the easiest subject speak about especially with the big financial losses we’ve seen for them.

    Then I hit a pull session with my friend Kam. Managed to get some good numbers in there and feeling like I’m getting a good pump during sessions again.

    Great day yesterday!
    In the morning I had a charity dog walk , took both dogs to a reservoir in West Yorkshire which was lovely! It was for my friends charity/rescue for dogs Luckys Legacy Rescue, got some pretty pics of the dogs too!
    Then it was leg day – managed to hit some good numbers but looking to push up even more from here! Session is attached

    i think a day in the life video would be good see how you juggle things with a full time job ect and having to look after kuba haha[/quote]

    Basic compounds so rows and pulls makes for a denser back – I’ve found implementing the RDLs into my training has really improved the overall mass of my back

    Once I’ve done my working set to failure no way could I go for another – ensure all goes into that set and use the back off set as the second set

    A busy and productive rest day

    Prepped all meals for the day in the AM as I didn’t have meeting until the afternoon – wish I had time to do it every morning cause it tastes so much nicer super fresh.

    Then I food shopped, had my meetings at work which went great as they were 2 new clients but both seemed really happy with service which is fantastic and then back home to do admin, food prep for tomorrow, clean up and then chill out with the dogs before going with Kuba to see my parents later
