Agree with Clare…I’d use the cals for something a little more satisfying like cereal

    Hi All!

Great morning at work – lots of things to sort and admin to do but got there in the end. Still poop having to use other people’s or guns WiFi to do work because home WiFi still isn’t running (stupid sky messed up our order meaning we’ve got to wait another 2 weeks)

Then has a beastly leg session and for some food weight and numbers moving and like an idiot forgot to take a pic of my log book to show you!
    But session went:
    -Leg extension
    -Leg curl
    -Hip thrusts
    -Leg Press
-VSquat (FACING AWAY FROM THE PAD????)
    – Leg curl
    -Split squat

Rest day tomorrow and body is ready for it!

It’s a good movement if you can feel it where you need to – I always feel too small for it and it’s too awkward for me to connect

How about having a break from the gym completely mind and body may need it and when it’s time to come back you’ll
Be fully ready to GO again

Using a barbell is just as good as any of the new machines – just easier to get onto hips and load up so just use a BB if no access to a machine

I would stick with push pull legs – make sure your doing everything during and around training to aid recovery on those days e.g. good quality and enough intra to fuel sessions.

    Rest day!

    Work day and clean day!
Had all meetings in the AM and finished off with some admin at home, they’ve asked me to take charge for the whole of Yorkshire which is great but I’m a little nervous too.
Then I’ve done the house clean and food shop and ready for a relaxing night at home!

Thanks for the answer and I hope you didn’t mind me asking about the drugs.

Did you notice any drastic changes as far as performance go, like strength gains and such?

Also did you jump right into 10mg per day dosing or did you work your way up there? All at once or split in half?

And lastly, again if you don’t mind, I’d like to if it had any negative impact on your blood work (liver enzymes for instance)?

Hey…no effect really on performance just aids recovery.

I just did 10mg from the off it’s a really small dose but no effect on bloods at all
