So today was Pull day – session was good added in the bent over BB row as Iβve never done these in my life and managed 80kg for 10 look to improve these as I go π

I do every few weeks just in a normal wash but if they start to smell that bad that the washing isnβt making things better I just get some new ones haha!

So today was a busy one – I helped Kuba by driving him to all the Ultra Flexβs across Yorkshire so that he could get the gym promos done π I worked, competed client check ins and trained push – my session is attached. Iβm feeling a little beat up so a few deload sessions are on the cards

Iβd stick to the normal push pull legs and reduce volume for now allowing for less time in the gym so a couple compounds and 2-3 isolation exercises should be no longer than 60 mins allowing for good rest times in compounds and quicker work during the isolation work.

Hey All
So today was work day I did my meetings, compared client check ins, had a new starter plan to do and another one came in the evening to do tomorrow π canβt wait to do this full time!
Then I trained legs in Durham used the cybex hack and managed to beat my numbers form the last time I was there a few weeks ago. Session is attached below π

No – we have yohimbine in but no clen as of yet. Something we can utilise further down the line. Will be great to see you there π we both look forward to it

My nautilus shoulder press was up by 10kg today for the sake reps not sure where this strength is coming from but it can carry on so I continue to grow during prep! X
