@k it’s just easy for extra cals at the minute.
Get used to taking meals with you and organising your day so work & training can fit and neither are hindered

@k hey! I use the Bonne Maman just as I love the flavour!
Yes I take all my food with me when I’m working but I don’t need to change any meals. I work mostly on the road so have to be well prepared.
And yes I switch meal orders and times when I’m working to for around that and do so even in comp prep. I don’t let it affect me just plan and do ????Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Keep your training the same, this shouldn’t alter IMO

Haha I know I’m not complaining but my stomach is ready for a diet! Hope your training is going well x
Hahaha I agree- I think improvement season is more difficult than a prep. Pushing food at times is quite difficult. It’s going great thank you- hope you’re feeling better ???? would actually love to see another training video on here of you! X
100% but all just part of the process, glad it’s going well. Yes maybe one day but all the guys videos are great!Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

If it can fit into your macros then yes why not – in offseason I’ve used it in meal one for enjoyment and for extra calories

Check in Day ????
So after being unwell and not training for a few days my weight has gone up. Body looks ok. I’ve kept food the same but had training day foods on a couple of the days to make sure weight stays on. I’m now 61.9 – waiting on feedbackMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Hey All!
Finally feeling better today – today was my first day back at work so I ploughed through emails and data got some meetings booked in and spoke to all clients who had tried to call me whilst off so a productive day!
I’ve also dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, seen a friend for a coffee and seen my grandparents. So a good day. Going to see how I feel
Tomorrow may leave training till SundayMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

I’d always go by look not really on the scales but both seem to marry up for me.
It depends on your goal for how long you’d minicut for – if it’s for a recomp have a look and weight drop in mind and aim for that over a 6-8 week period. But again I’ll say this is individual to youMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO
