So my AM appointment cancelled this morning due to there child being ill so did some admin work and food prepped this morning before my afternoon appointment- which went great it was a prospect client and I had to go and show them how our online platform works and was a success I believe
Then it was leg day which was great – beat number on smith squat which is exciting!!

I’d go get it checked to be certain. You will not loose your gains in one week just adjust diet to be like rest day foods whilst recovering then go back into your reverse phase once back trainingMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Pics would be great – even if you’ve beat previous conditioning does that mean you could still be leaner? If so keep pushing and add in refeed days where needed

So I couldn’t log in yesterday ???? but had a good start to the week with all meetings smashed out and admin work done.
Push day was good managed to beat numbers on previous week – going to try add some more weight to my shoulder press next week as first set felt as though I could have

Hi All –
Great Sunday – prepped food, got ready for the week ahead with work, saw my Niece and then chilled for the evening.
Had a good pull session beat my numbers and weights on some exercises just feel like my physique isn’t getter no any better .
I’ve updated my food today as were doing a mini cut to get appetite back

Rest day today –
Spent it dog walking and having physio.
We’re going to lower my food for a little bit as getting it down is a struggle, just waiting on amendments and then I’ll post update on the log ????
