    Like Clare said just get used to doing the exercises again – build up gradually and ensure recovery is optimal

    Push day yesterday – hit some good numbers and starting to feel a little stronger on it – session is attached below

    I also food prepped, worked all day, did all my admin and walked the doggies

    I also have a 9-5 job – I prep my meals each evening or for every 2 days making sure they taste super nice so it’s not so bad to eat cold without being able to get up and heat.

    I always train evening find I get more out of it that in the morning ????

    Pull day ????

    Spent the morning food prepping, food shopping and relaxing before my pull session. I have a new training partner Ryan one of Kubas friends loving training with him I find it hard to train with people normally but we bounce off each other well!

    Then I’ve spent the evening with family, relaxing and food prepping for us both for tonight & tomorrow ????

    So another rest day today as I’ve been in London with my friend Rhea and then to watch the morning session of the 2bros event to see one of Kubas clients/my friend Jade compete.

    Now off home ready to chill & get ready for pull tomorrow hope you’ve all had a lovely Saturday

    Good ish day today.

    Work went well drove lots of miles today as I’m off tomorrow so had to squeeze someone in last minute but all is sorted before the weekend.

    I then trained legs got some BIG PBs tonight so I’m happy about that.

    There is no specific way to target one area to get lean. Just bring in a deficit will help shift body fat.

    Probably a good idea to have someone look at it when I get tight in my hips I get pain in my back and glutes when pulling

    Great day yesterday

    Couple or really positive meetings at work, then did some revision for my credit exam on Monday ???? my main boss wants to talk to me about a new role coming up which he wants me to go for based around business development which is like my dream job so that’s really exciting for me!!

    Upper/Push session was great with my friend Danni – I can’t wait till we prep together next year, literally my favourite person to train with, just my working hours make it hard to get together often.
