Have you tried the intras from the trained by JP line? They are the only ones that my stomach can handle

Completely agree with what Jimmy says here and just like James I put salt in all my meals including my pre workout meal – no extra salt is added to my drinks however I do suffer from cramps especially on prep so i do add in a little salt to my drinks then

    Hey All!

So today was rest day and my body was really ready for it. Last week we made some amendments to diet and added in some extra foods on rest day I’ll add that to my log in a second.

Today was a work day so I worked, did admin, did the Costco sushi run, normal food shopped, food prepped, went to so my parents and now relaxing in the bath finally sitting down at 10pm ???????? maybe this is why I struggle to put on weight because I never stop – but needs must when you live and look after a giant bodybuilder baby in the form of @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen

I think it’s always individual as to how long you need off – listen to your docs as to how your healing when you go in for your check up and go from there. You don’t want to go back too soon but I was back after 2 weeks with my boob job so can’t imagine you’d need any longer

    Hi All!

So today I dog walked, food prepped, went to see my family, house cleaned, spoke to my friend on FaceTime who’s finally coming home after 9 months on her cruise in Australia woohoo!
And then trained legs with my friend Danni. Good strong session – my log is attached

    Hey Caitlin,

Hope you’re well – I hit around 20k steps each day just from my day to day activities so don’t really do additional cardio.
I’ve built food up over time that’s why when transitioning it’s important to have a good amount of time off to do this slowly x

You can still do push pull legs but just have 2 variations making sure there’s more emphasis on the weaker areas within the specific day
