    Hey All

    So today was a rest day and I actually tried to do some sitting today ?

    I house cleaned, food shopped, food prepped, had physio, had my lashes done as my friend has just qualified and wanted someone to trial one 🙂 i like them super natural!
    I also finished all my client work and 1 new starter plan another 2 to do over the next couple days too.

    As joe says you need to get strong with these – you need to train them with some heavy load an make sure you have adequate rest between training them

    Happy Sunday ??

    Today was client check in day 5 of the week – all making solid progress and enjoying helping them on there journey.

    I had Rhe here for the morning too & did all my food prep and cleaning (morning and night :))

    And I also trained push today – session was strong – some movements I got PBS and some I kept the same good for push at this point in prep! Xx

    Where you are going to get full range of motion and are really targeting the quads for me – as I’m short ends up being low on the plate

    Hey Everyone

    Hoping you’re having a good weekend.

    So still no changes to my food I will post in a separate post for you all to see (been the same for 10 weeks now!) but body is changing all the time – trying to keep fullness so adding in refeed days – I’m still getting stronger like today I did a PB on stiff legs so I’m buzzed about that ??

    Supps – 10mg yohimbine, 20mcg clen and 10mg of anavar ?

    A lovely rest day and it was my nieces first birthday ? little beauty!
    So spent some time with family as well

    I agree with the ladies here – if you’ve eaten and it’s coming straight through this is something that now unfortunately doesn’t sit well with you so you should switch up to something else 🙂

    Hey All

    A great day here – check in back up in weight so I’m super happy – visually Kuba is happy so I let him do the thinking at this point.

    I completed all client check ins, 2 new starter plans and trained legs – was strong but we are going to reduce volume a touch 🙂

    So always take them in the morning fasted – same day each week. As you get more into a dieting phase you’d want to take them more

    A black back drop just allows you to see your physique a little more – myself and Kuba have a blackout blind 🙂

    Hey All

    So today I was FLAT AS A PANCAKE lol – but it’s a part of the prep process – so today we are up an extra 50g carbs with each meal plus a muffin pre workout on top and an extra 100g carbs on top of the extra 50 PWO and I feel full to the brim ?

    My session was good – bent over rows were on the menu today and control was SO much better!

    Hey Trevor – yes 100% I never trained squats until the last 6 weeks of my offseason so the majority of my progress with my legs was down without any squatting. I go for things like the hack and pendulum as squat variation movements – do you do these types of movements or so you mean you struggle with machines like this also?

    Happy Monday!

    Today was a heavy check in day with my clients & had 2 new consultations.
    Plus I food prepped for our fresh meals all day.

    I trained push too – my session was good I got a PB on the Atlantis press of 85kg was tad too quick today so need to slow this down next time! I’m VERY flat today and pumps have really reduced over the last few days so having extra food tonight ore bed to help improve sleep as quality has dipped over the last week. Plus refeed day tomorrow and Wednesday.
    Still running same cycle of 10mg yohimbine, 10mg var & added in 20mcg if clen but we’ve pulled that as I was dropping too quick 🙂
